The employees are careless and disgusting the one of the girls that makes pizza was literally digging In her ear and rubbing her fingers together. Then another day it was a girl making pizza with a bandage on her finger not mention her shirt was filthy ! I use to like this location but I’ve been noticing way too many unsanitary things happening I’m good on this place !

Normally never had a problem with this particular location. I accidentally selected this location when I was ordering my lunch. I was more then 20 miles away so I called to cancel. Their employee, Maria, answered and was explained about my mistake. I asked her to cancel my order but Maria decided to take it upon herself to tell me that they don’t cancel orders. That it wasn’t their fault I selected the incorrect store. I explained to her that I was not blaming them. I just wanted to cancel my order. She insisted on not being able to cancel. I asked to speak to her manager but proclaimed to be the one in charge. Overall very asinine experience with Maria. If in fact she was the manager then she tried to just keep my money. If she lied about being in charge and was just being lazy then she should be let go. This was my first experience with any employee from Little Caesar’s that was unpleasant. I’d recommend just going to another location if Maria is still there. Not worth the time over cheap pizza. ♂️

Today is at least the third or fourth time that they don’t have the classic pizza ready as advertised!
I think they do it on purpose to switch and bait you into buying a more expensive pizza that is always ready every time I visit.
If they can have the expensive pizzas ready, then they should have the classics ready as advertised.

Food made to order takes on average 10 minutes. The service is a little slow at times, maybe because of the limited staff. It’s also a pretty small waiting area, a bit stuffy because it’s always packed.
