I order from Little Caesars every so often because they usually have pretty good deals. It’s one of those convenient, budget-friendly options when you just want something quick and easy.

Recently, I picked up a pepperoni and sausage pizza. At first glance, it looked great — nicely baked, good color on the crust, and the toppings looked appetizing. Everything about the presentation made it seem like it was going to be a solid order.

The only issue came when trying to separate the slices. For some reason, they just did not want to come apart cleanly. It felt like the cheese and toppings were fused together in a way that made it messy and awkward to pull slices apart. Not exactly sure what happened there, unfortunately lol.

That said, once separated, the pizza itself actually tasted good. The flavor was on point, and for the price, it’s still a decent value. Overall, a small preparation hiccup, but still a solid option when you’re looking for affordable pizza deals.

Had to wait an hour which considering it was dinner time I understood. The 2 EMB one cheese and one peperoni, were skimpy on toppings. On 2 slices of the peperoni there were on 3 pieces of peperoni total. That is not an Extra Most Bestest pizza. The 2 orders of wings were good. The Italian cheese bread was skimpy on the cheese just like the EMB cheese pizza was. I went to this location because it is near my work places new building. I will not be going here again.

It’s always a horrible experience when you go into the specific location you’ll literally have to stand at the counter for about five minutes before they even acknowledge that you’re there then when they finally do acknowledge that you’re there even if you place the phone order 20 minutes ago it’s still going to take longer to receive your order. I just don’t like how they run business over here. The food is OK. I won’t complain about that but the service itself is horrible and they need to fix it.

Review Title: Unacceptable Experience with Afternoon Manager

I usually go to this Little Caesars often and have never had a problem before. The teenagers working there are always hustling, doing their best to get orders out quickly, and I truly respect their effort.

However, this was the first time I had an issue with a manager, and it was a very disappointing experience. The afternoon manager, Lupe, refused to take my order and made comments that felt discriminatory. She told me she didn’t have to serve “my kind” and refused to give me the correct order I was paying for. That was extremely frustrating because I was more than willing to pay for the correct order — not a mistake.

Before even taking my order, she spent about 20 minutes on the phone, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. When she finally did address me, her attitude was rude and dismissive. What made things worse was seeing her quickly switch to help other customers who spoke Spanish while I was still waiting to finish placing my order.

Whether this was racism, discrimination, or just poor customer service, it’s unacceptable. A manager should set an example for the rest of the team — not disrespect paying customers. The younger staff members actually do a better job than she did that day.

This kind of behavior will drive business away. Lupe either needs retraining or should not be in a management position. I hope corporate or the franchise owner reviews this situation seriously because no one deserves to be treated this way.

I would normally say this was a good location to go to. They are busy , but not to the point that it is terrible. But on this night, CHRISTMAS EVE, we decided to have pizza for our sons birthday. Yes, he’s a Christmas baby! Lol. Anyways, we pre-ordered over phone and when we got there it was not real busy, but apparently there were a lot of orders in for pizza. I know they were closing early and they were in a hurry to get home to their families, but the manager, started telling delivery drivers there would be no more deliveries that night. And they were looking around and I could tell they were stunned. Mainly bc I think they knew there were a lot of orders in. She said ” No more orders will be going out!” The people in the small waiting room were all looking at each other , kinda saying, ” glad we got here when we did. And so were we. But I couldn’t help wondering about all the other people who ordered and wouldn’t recieve it. And was she going to call each and every one of them , Personally, and tell them?? I would imagine not! I have to say, it was not a very Christmas like thing to do. The joy of giving and being good! I felt awful for those unsuspecting people. Wondering, Where is my order? So as I would have given a thumbs up, im giving 2 thumbs down. Firstly bc if they knew beforehand what time they closed, and im sure the manager did, then why would you allow the orders to keep coming in. And second, was a the way she handled it. Very unprofessional. I probably will not return to that location. It really bothered me with the managers lack of feelings for those people!! On rainbow and charleston, Las Vegas.

The worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life. I hope the manager reviews the security footage and sees how they treated a customer at 11:00 a.m. who was simply trying to pick up his order. It was blatant discrimination; I even had to show them my American passport. He disrespected me and treated me terribly, even though he was in the wrong. I hope they review the cameras and take action.

They don’t start making your food until you arrive even if you put in an online order. The person in the back, making the food is upset that orders keep coming in. The pizza is cut extremely oblong with multiple 2 1/2 inch slices. If you get extra cheese or the extra most best pepperoni thing they have, it will always look like a regular, hot and ready. Even though you’re charged extra for extra toppings, they don’t provide you with any extra toppings if it already comes on the pizza. I have never received extra cheese when i order it. I can order an extra cheese pizza and a regular, hot and ready cheese pizza and they look exactly the same. Every single little caesars is like this. Corporate doesn’t care and the franchise owners don’t care the store managers don’t care and the employees don’t care.

Worst little Cesar’s ever. I waiting over 2 hours just to be told that my order was not made that it got lost in the system and would be refunded. The staff of you g kids literally hid in the back to avoid me and other customers. I saw about 10-12 I believe Uber Eats or door dash experience the same thing and leave.

We have been ignoring this pizza place for quite sometime but during our cross country drive from Nevada to New Mexico we decided to grab a personal size pan pizza at the gas station. Glad we did, it was amazing and delicious. So once we got back to Las Vegas we decided to fill our pizza cravings back to Little Caesars.

Tried to place an order at night online and the system wasn’t accepting it, so I made my way to the store and when I arrived the employee working had signs up saying they could not accept orders in store and orders needed to be placed online, after another custom walked out because of the inconvenience and the online system not working the employee decided to take my order for two pizzas which seemed to be a problem, after taking my order and I waited longer than expected I received my order and went home to see that one pizza looked as though the toppings were just thrown however and the three meat pizza was sadly put together as well, both pizzas were very under cooked which is surprising given how long it took to complete the order as well as how they are all cooked in the same way, compared to other experiences I’ve had with this company I am very unsatisfied and will definitely not return to this location and would recommend anyone to go to a more caring pizza place in the area where you will be respected as a guest.
