Don’t go here if you can avoid it. Service times are terrible. Attitudes are terrible. Food quality is terrible. Overall extremely disappointed with high expectations. Never had a problem with a dairy queen in my entire life but this was crazy.

Waited 22 minutes for two 4 piece chicken baskets with gravy for eat in. After all that wait the food wasn’t even worth it. Gravy was not filled at all! Fries were old and just tasted like grease. This location is going downhill FAST & employees are RUDE.

Terribly slow in the drive thru, I sat in my car waiting for my 2 blizzards that were sitting on the counter while 2 employees were messing around and joking with each other instead of moving orders along.

This has been the fifth time that they haven’t been able to give me chocolate ice cream. Either they’re out or the machine is broken. I wouldn’t write the review if it was only once maybe even twice but five or more times is ridiculous. It may sound petty, but how do you not have chocolate ice cream or the ability to sell it?

It was an incredibly hot day, I went there to escape the heat and get a good lunch. The a/c was out(not their fault). The food was beyond sub par, staff were put out to help anyone, the condiment station was empty. I went to the counter to get ketchup for my fries and was told to get it from the condiment station which was still empty. I’m very glad they were so bad because the next day I went to a great family run ice cream and grill spot. It was wonderful! Don’t waste your time with DQ, go to the mom n pop shops! You can get an ice cream cake anywhere!.

I ordered from doordash, im over an hour away but my friend who lives there got some bad news about his dog and I wanted to send something to let him know we were thinking of him and his pup. Unfortunately doordash doesnt offer pup cups. I called the store and asked if I could pay for one over the phone and explained who/why it was for. They told me not to worry and they would place a pup cup in the order. This kind gesture meant a lot to not just me, but also my friend and his pupper. Thank you guys so much!!

This has got to be the slowest fast food store I have ever seen. How they are still in business I will never know. We walked in to order Cary out of 2 flurries, just 2 items- 38 minutes to get our flurries AFTER we ordered. Yes, you read that correctly, 38 minutes. We could have gone to another city, picked up the order and been back before they were ready hear. What an absolute joke. 8 people behind the counter and nobody doing anything. I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyone. I do recommend the store manager should find a job at a local book store or maybe a grass growing farm where slow is the norm and the need for speed is not required! I am actually thinking about going back here and ordering again while I video the entire experience and then turn it into a Corporate training video of “ What Not To Do!” This really is the worst place I have been to in the Country – good Job DQ of Ashland Ohio!!!!!
