This location sucks! The last two times I placed pick up orders I did not receive my orders until well after the pick up time. My previous order was 50 mins late, today my order was 30 mins late and the pizza was cold by the time I received my crazy bread 20 mins after getting the pizza. This place needs to be better staffed or just shut down if this is the poor service they provide on the regular!

Just had the best Little Caesars pizza I had in my life!!!!! The thin crust 3 meat was on point perfect meat to cheese to sauce ratio and the Detroit style was hot and cheesy. It looked good and tasted even better. Thank you guys. Great job.

I just got a hot and ready and bread Stix well the pizza was old and had to be seating there for hours. Even the bread stix were not even cooked all the way. It s sad the only thing that was good was the dipping sauce. that was the worst ever.

Worst experience ever person at the desk guess his name Lorenzo very rude now he messed up my order, but then he started treating me like it was my fault people playing around in the back talking about playing video games not working. I don’t know if this is a fast food pizza joint or a gamers chill spot if so, where are all the video games? I’m trying to play some video games and eat some pizza but I did not like the way I was treated. My pizza came out very soggy and disgusting to cut. She’s very unprofessional. The guy was very rude. Didn’t want to be at work. I do not suggest eating it place.

Employee’s had attitudes, tried serve me cold food, got attitude when wanted in fresh. Under cooked my pizza, poor hygiene they touched the drawer went back to dealing with food without washing their hands. Don’t wear gloves. Did make sure their hands only touched utensils however still unsanitary. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

My order was supposed to be delivered at 1:05pm but arrived at 12:52pm. The pizza is uncut and not cooked thoroughly. The so-called manager claims, over the phone, claims that I have to bring the pizza back in order to receive a refund. I told him they need to come get it but he says they can’t! Then, when asked, he says they don’t have a district manager nor does he have the number for corporate. After I tell him that isn’t true and that he does have a number for one or both he gives me the corporate complaint number. They try to tell me that they will only give me 15%of my money back or I have to wait 1-3 days for someone to call me back to determine IF they will give me a full refund for an uncooked pizza I’m not eating. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! You got paid today and gave me bad food, I want my money back today! I ask for a manager or supervisor and learned that he gave me the number for Four Dash and not Lil Caesar’s!

Always have problems when ordering from here. Being served coldish pizza. Not having order ready after hours. Now the people working here are so incompetent that they gave my order to a stranger and I have no idea how that happens if you do your job correctly. When I asked why, they said it was an accident. When I asked for them to make my order again they refused even though they admitted to fault. When I asked for a refund they refused. The people working here including the managers are incompetent and selfish. Just so anyone else doesn’t go through their bullshit. I’m warning you everyone, never order from this Little Caesars. Entire staff must be incompetent with all the issues they create and they get rude and disrespectful with you when you get mad for their incompetence. 0 Stars.

Ordered online sent my son in to pickup the order the man at the register gave him issues about picking it up without showing him the order on the app even though he had the confirmation email. Then had to wait on extra 25 minutes after the app said out order was ready for pickup. Nothing complicated just a regular sausage pizza a thin crust pepperoni pizza some wings and some crazy bread. The thin crust was ok the sausage pizza most of the toppings were off to one side and the whole pizza was lopsided one side was overly thick and the other was borderline thin crust. Then as we get to the wings I’ve had them before and they were never this tiny each wing was smaller than my finger it’s laughable they charge $8 for that. I tried contacting the store multiple times but never get to speak to an actually worker…. After this I will definitely never be coming back to this location this is ridiculous.

Get a trainer out to this store. Order was supposed to be ready at 9:30 I’m walking out at 10pm with it finally. You have 3 people falling over each other because they have no system. Pizzas kept on counter instead of in warmers. Hopefully my food is warm when I get home. And I placed my order online well in advance and still waited over 30minutes
