Am sitting here right now, extremely frustrated and so are other guests. We’ve all had to wait a ridiculously long time for our orders. I ordered two Detroit style slices n sticks and have been waiting an hour! They keep telling people it’ll be 15 minutes, this is terrible! I regret coming here. I usually order from the Tropicana location and they are perfect and fast ! Don’t come here unless you have over an hour to kill waiting on a pizza. 5 workers and it’s like they’re all turtles … asked for napkins and the cashier seriously handed me about 70 of them. Lol. I’m taking pic of it. What a waste of $$ n product. Management needs to seriously step up n oversee this location.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. I don’t know who owns this Little Caesars or if it’s corporate but absolutely unacceptable. Yesterday I placed an order at 2:39 PM for a pick up at 5:30. When I got there at 5:30 to pick up, I was told it would be 15 more minutes which is understandable. It was Christmas Eve. I understand being a few minutes late because they’re slammed.. But 45 minutes later, I was still standing there as was another woman who came in who ordered hers ahead of time as well was told it would be 45 minutes before hers was done. What really upset me is when somebody walked in off the street ordered a pizza and got theirs before we got ours. Then to top it all off two of my pizzas didn’t even have the cheese melted as if they were tired of listening to me ask where my pizzas were so they just pushed it through the oven and then they didn’t even cut them. Ridiculous this is why I’d rather go to Pizza Hut. I might pay a little extra but 9 times out of 10, my food is ready on time hot and fresh.. not to mention the floor in this place was absolutely filled with debris and was disgusting. Out of the three people that were working , only one was actually working while the other two were standing in the corner dancing around, laughing and doing absolutely nothing.. I was trying to find someplace to get a refund because that’s how gross the pizzas were but of course you can’t find anything. Nobody wants to contact you back from this place. I say we all stop going there and maybe just maybe they’ll go out of business and we’ll get an actual good business where we can get better food and service at.

Ordered a pizza on the app at 9:30 and have been waiting here an hour for our pizza!!! Only two employees who don’t seem to care. How does a corporation allow this to happen? What happened to customer service? You’re so quick to take our money and charge for every single tiny thing like an ounce of sauce but we have to wait this obsurd amount of time for a pizza that basically cooks in 6 minutes! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Our order should be completely FREE AT THIS POINT! Worst experience at a little Caesar’s EVER! Your doors should be closed for good! I’ve watched about 9 people come and go extremely dissatisfied. If you were aiming to ruin peoples dinner, time, energy you SUCCEEDED!

If you like waiting +1 hour for a shitty pizza and poor service, this is the place to go. consistently understaffed, nothing ever on hand, and they will lie to you and tell you your food is ready on the phone. Lobby is always full and even if you get your pizza it’s poor quality, even by Little Caesars standards.

It makes sense why it has such low rating first off they take over 2 hours to even do the food the driver waited over 45 minutes for them to even make the food I ordered at 6:00 and it is 7:52 and no food I really regret getting this food to be honest & I haven’t even gotten it yet when I ordered the initial time said 7:07 it is way past that and that driver had been there wait at least be considerate. Just really unhappy.now it says 8:22 so I will never order from here again. This was a terrible experience

I ordered ahead of time and showed up like 10 minutes early. Ended up waiting for another 45 minutes but it wasn’t their fault.
Shout out to the girl working the counter. She had so many people coming at her sideways (atmosphere) but she kept her calm and kept everyone in their place.

Good Little Caesars, their punctual and make a decent quality pizza. I will say this location does not answer their phone normally but if you place an order online it will be ready for you. Also convenient that they have a drive-thru.

When we picked up our pizza it was burnt, both the cheese and our Italian cheese bread was burnt, also we had ordered crazy crust bread on the pizza and it wasn’t that at all. When we called about it they placed us on hold for about 15 minutes so we called back and someone else had answered said they weren’t at the store and transferred us to the store and no one bothered to answer. We will definitely not ever come back to this store again, no one should ever go to this one unless you want burnt pizza

I ordered a stuffed crust half cheese and half pepperoni and that’s all. And I waited 20 mins only to get a regular pizza half cheese and half pepperoni with stuffed crazy bread. Every little Caesar’s I go to messes up my order and I thought this one was gonna get it right but I guess I was wrong.

Ordered a couple pizzas online and when we got there to pickup our pizzas they didn’t have our order and said they weren’t making anymore orders and we were basically S.O.L the employee was very rude and she actually ended up fighting the customer that was after us because same thing happened with her order too. I’m sure she’s probably been fired. It was pretty bad!
