If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went with my sister and nephews for breakfast today, February 28th, and I felt discriminated against by the restaurant and the staff. The wait times are very long; it took about 30 minutes to get a table. It took another 30 minutes to take our order, and not only that, but when the waitress brought all the food, not a single item was correct; everything was wrong. So we had to wait even longer. I was so upset because, from 11:35 when we were seated, they didn’t bring our food until 12:30, and for what? Everything was wrong. I told the waitress I was upset, but she didn’t care. People who arrived much later than us ate and finished, and we couldn’t eat because our order was prepared incorrectly. Nobody did anything to resolve the unpleasant situation; it seemed like the staff and even the manager didn’t care. This isn’t the first bad experience at this restaurant; there have been other incidents, but I always wanted to give the establishment a chance, but this was the last time I went to this place. They should be more grateful and attentive to their customers because their business depends on them. Besides, I think we’re good customers because we always leave a good tip, but apparently they don’t care about any of that. To top it all off, I couldn’t eat because I was so upset. Out of six people, only two ate; the rest of the food was left untouched. But they charged us for everything as if what they gave us had been perfectly prepared.

Very crowded always has a wait. Parking isn’t ideal, also saw a car right after it was broken into, glass on the ground, when I left once. Some of the seating is very tight, it is clean, they move as fast as they can. The server today was an Asian woman who was great. Very friendly, fast service, would return and recommend.

I ALWAYS tip at restaurants… until this morning.
Our server had brown hair, tattoos, and her name started with a “K” (I can’t remember exactly what her name is) and she was so incredibly rude to my mom and I.
I was waiting for my food and my mom had asked the server if her practically RAW bacon could be cooked more… We waited for a long time so I asked the server if our food was ready. She rolled her eyes and said “I already TOLD you it’s coming!” and then walked away.
Five more minutes later, and still no food. When my pancakes finally arrived, my mom asked about her food. The server gave a blank stare like she had no idea what my mom was talking about! Turns out it had been waiting on the warmer the whole time.
No apology. Nothing. She just seemed to think we were the problem, when she was actually incompetent and rude.
If she would have just apologized, we would have been fine with that. Mistakes happen. But due to her poor attitude, we will not be returning to this location.

We were having our car serviced across the street so we decided to stop here and eat while we waited this morning . Place was clean and service was great very pleasant experience . Keep up the nice work we’ve kinda stayed away from IHOP as we haven’t had good experiences with the brand recently but certainly might start coming back after this especially to this location even though it’s a few minutes extra to get to .

Definitely some decent food right here but this place gets super busy during weekend breakfast hours. Ordered the country fried steak and wish it was a little more well done. Felt somewhat undercooked but wasn’t going to waste any food. The servers are quick and always check up on you.

My friend and I went out for breakfast this Sunday, January 4, 2026, and I was more embarrassed than the waitress was when she served us coffee from such a dirty coffee pot. Even though it’s just coffee they serve in that pot, the presentation was terrible. I didn’t eat with confidence because I wondered, if the coffee pot is this dirty, what must the kitchen be like? It could easily cause an infection; it’s unhygienic and unprofessional. I’m mentioning this so the restaurant and the people who eat at IHOP will be more careful.
It looked like they pulled it out of the trash. Besides, the waitress didn’t want to make the order the way we asked for it; we wanted the bread with avocado, the eggs, and the hash browns served separately

This is an excellent chain restaurant. The venue is divided into three separate sections. This arrangement minimizes the ambient noise from other diners so that it was easier for me to hear the conversation at our table than it is in restaurants that have one large dining room.
The food was outstanding. My side salad was fresh and delicious. The Florentine tilapia was wonderful. The side items that came with the tilapia, I ordered broccoli and potato pancake, were well prepared and tasty.
My great nephew waxed eloquent about how good his chocolate pancakes with whipped cream tastes.
My wife had the tres leche pancakes which, she assured me, were excellent.
My neice had the simple breakfast. That’s what she always orders at IHOP because she always enjoys it.
Our server was attentive and efficient without being overly intrusive.
I highly recommend this IHOP.

I like our local IHOP on Citrus. Tasty, clean, and prompt orders whether you eat in or take it to go. During Covid, you all were a blessing as well.

Bad customer service and rude manager. I do not recommend ordering online. They dispatch the orders to 3rd parties and mix up orders and it’s just a mess. Then the restaurant doesn’t want to hold accountability. It’s best going to Millie’s up the street or Denny’s.
