Need more workers! Why is there a whole setup up front for hot and ready when there’s never any! Also ordered my food with a 45 minute estimated time. Waited 25 more minutes after that. Workers were great but overwhelmed and customers stacked in the lobby. Will just eat pizza from somewhere else next time so I don’t have 4 little kids waiting for dinner 25 minutes in the van with my wife

I usually like Little Caesars, but this visit was disappointing. My pizza order took way too long. I thought the whole point was Hot and Ready, but I ended up waiting much longer than expected.
The pizza was okay, but the long wait really took away from the experience. I hope they can get back to having pizzas actually hot and ready like before.

No such thing as hot-n-ready. When I get decent service, it’s usually someone training. When its someone experienced, it’s the cold shoulder. Staff are rude to one another, making an unwelcoming environment. I don’t blame the high turnover rate as management and experienced staff degrade, talk down, and undermine new people.

Didn’t even get to order. Little kid at the counter said I was wasting his time when I asked about the $5 Hot n Ready. He gave me attitude and the manager was standing right there. Kid started cursing at me so I left. I will be calling Corporate to report this behavior. Also they domt have hot n ready anymore apparently it takes 15 minutes. So ridiculous.

The food is not the issue of this establishment is the management under staff and you can really tell. I ordered my stuff online so I would just have to go in and pick it up to skip the line type thing still had to stand in line to get to the counter There was only one person there. I felt bad for him because he was running back-and-forth making stuff putting things cutting things while there was a whole line of people. he’d come up help one customer at a time and then go back into the back for about 15 minutes and then come back up to help in our person.

This location continues to struggle with having product ready. I try to keep an open mind with the location being short staffed and busy but the ownership, management, and folks in charge clearly are not worried about having orders ready in a timely manner. I can in this evening for a pick up order and I see 3 employees in the back with only one person making pizzas, the person up front, who is always a rockstar was trying to accommodate everyone coming in. The other two people on the back were no where to be seen to help make the clearly large amount of orders coming into the restaurant.

There is no hot or ready at this pizza place. 15 minute wait at a minimum. The staff is walking in to work in pajamas right in front of customers. Everything looks run down. Menu signs dont work. Personal items left on the counters. Also don’t even think about complaining. I slightly complained but was still polite. The manager told me to leave.

This is the second time I Came in to grab something quick and the wait was pretty lengthy. Line was about 9 orders behind. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes. Online order seemed to go pretty quick. I would recommend that before you come in.

Very low-quality, runned-down store. Owner or franchise can’t seem to keep a full-staff on or get the oven & kiosk working. Orders take over an hour most of the time to fulfill, even though the last 2 times I got notifications that it was ready, we still had to wait another 20 minutes.
