Ordered a “Pretzel Pizza” like I have many times before. Got the pizza and it’s thinner than paper. No cheese sauce, tasted old, like it was sitting out for a while. It had no sauce, just cheese and pepperoni, when I ordered a Cheese Sauce Pretzel Pizza

What happened? Been coming here since 2017 and the quality has gone down…down…DOWN. Ordered 3 pizzas and an Italian Bread tonight at 630 Thurs night 3/14. Pictured is the “Extra Most Bestest” which there is nothing extra or bestest about it. Maybe 12 pepperoni on it with very little cheese and rubbery pizzas. Our italian cheese bread had a really funny taste to it and it looked like someone dumped a cup of oil on it and it completely soaked through the box and messed up our table cloth and clothing–insanely greasy. My son loves Little Caesars but the quality here is no longer cutting the mustard. We aren’t expecting a Michelin star pizza but come on, guys. Are you not paying your workers enough because clearly they’ve given up on creating any quality pizzas–we were here a couple months back and the same thing. $35 tonight which included a tip (why are we tipping now??) was not worth it. Shrunk the pizza and the quality. The counter girl was friendly enough but whoever made the pizzas were clearly tired of LC tonight lol Maybe things will be better if we decide to come back in the summer. Y’all bummed out the teenagers tonight which is hard to do 🙁 #wompwomp

So bad! We ordered crazy bread and pretty much got lumps of raw dough. Each piece had about five specs of that cheese garlic and its not an exageration (see pic) we noticed this until we got to my sister’s house and had to just finish baking them ourselves and added parmesan, butter, and garlic salt afterwards. My sister ordered pizzas and they were almost burned or re cooked. They were very hard and gross.

I had not even seen one with a drive through until now. Service could have been better but that closed the window when we went to ask for more napkins. The food was perfectly acceptable. It was hot and it tasted fresh. The marinara sauce tasted off not that it tasted like it had gone bad just not as good as normal. Sorry no photos.

Could not believe the attitudes of the girls working on Oct 10th. The pizzas were the worst ever. The toppings looked like they were tossed in the middle and one of the pizzas didn’t have sauce when we called the store the girl had the nerve to ask what she was supposed to do about it. She hung up when she was told that they needed to fix the issue. I have been trying to contact the franchisee to no avail. To top it off, this was not the first time or even the second. If they don’t want to do the job they need to quit. If there was a 0 star option, I’m sure more customers would use it
