I waited a few weeks to visit after the opening, hoping that would give time to work out all the kinks of a new establishment. Unfortunately, I think I’ll have to wait a few more weeks as these bagels prefer to be called Hotcakes/Pancakes. The service was great.. the bagels(?) leave a lot to be desired.

We do not have an Einstein Brothers bagels in Blue Springs anymore and we wanted bagels this morning. So I made the 30 minute drive to Raymore.
The staff and restaurant are fine. That is not the problem. The problem is the main reason that you go and that is the food.
I’ve had them at many other locations, but when I got home and opened the bag, they were not the puffy and chewy bagels. I’ve come to expect. They were very dense and extremely overcooked. They also had creases all over them that look like maybe they didn’t rise properly.
I see the same review from others in this section. From when the store first opened. I would let you know that that trend continues. Do better. Whoever’s cooking needs training or retraining…

I’ve never had it before and I figured, ahh I’ll check it out. Man those bagel sandwiches are delicious. And the bagels are so fresh and soft yet crunch and warm. Man you have to try this place. On the minus, they did not tend to the coffee and it was cold and stale

My entire order was incorrect. I ordered one everything begal one sandwich one dog treat and a hash brown. I got three random sandwiches two dog begals and a plain begal. When I returned to the store nobody on staff could figure out what my issue was with my order. Noone could figure out how to refund my order. Terrible incompetent staff. The food is good though will be placing orders online going forward.

Been here five times. Bagels are o.k. when they get the order right. Four times this place has been freezing. All the counter workers are wearing jackets, so it’s not just us. Today there are no napkins and freezing again. Let them know about the napkins but nothing as of this writing. They did come out and wipe down the counter at least. On the up side, my daughter likes bagels now. She likes they have variety.

For those who had a long wait in the drive-through, the store just opened and the staff is getting used to their positions and everybody in three cities are trying it out. Last time, When I came, the dining room was standing room only and the drive-through was backed up onto the street and I still got served in a very reasonable time Less than 10 minutes. They’re cutting toasting bagels to order cooking eggs fresh. These things take a little time and I’m very happy for quality over experience.

Food is really hit and miss. The main frustration is the accuracy of the order. Been here a few times and every time something is missing or wrong. Honestly probably won’t go back unless it is for just a small order that I order inside of store to confirm I actually get what I order.

So happy to find this place. It’s been years since I’ve been to one, and the food was as good as I remembered. This store is brand new and very clean. There was a big crowd waiting for their food since it was lunchtime, but the line moved quickly.

It’s really sad that you are forced to tip when paying with a credit card. The tablet only shows dollar amounts. I honestly think tipping should be up to the customers discretion. Do better please!

Ordered online and arrived at the time specified to pick up my order. Ordered the garden avocado sandwich with egg whites. The drive thru took quite some time but I’m not too concerned as I understand things can get busy; however, the food was cold, I didn’t receive egg whites per my order, the sandwich barely had any sauce, and the sandwich didn’t even have avocado on it, which is in the name of the sandwich…. Most likely won’t be back.
