All they do is lie to you. I am a delivery driver had two orders. One was ready so I asked them about my other order, they said they were waiting on bread which had just come out the oven. I went ahead picked up the first order took it to my car. Come back to get the other order, it’s listed on the portal but nothing is in there. When I finally get the ladies attention she tells me they had to make a new pizza. Bs bc I saw her with my pizzas. This store should have hired a whole new crew especially management instead of doing a remodel. They are horrible. This happens every single time I go there. All the delivery services should drop them

This Little Caesars is going very down hill very quickly. I ordered 10 pizzas and five breads for my daughter’s birthday party, seven pizzas were inedible and were very burnt, we left them on the counter when we went to pick them up. I asked to speak to the manager who refused to come out to the counter- neither refund or new pizzas were made so they pocketed the money of the seven pizzas. I will not be returning to this Little Caesars again. The wait times are ridiculous even if you use the app, & the pizzas are becoming lower quality. I will use Domino’s and pay the same price for yes a smaller pizza but of better quality. The employee said that they were burnt because we were late picking them up. Which was yes maybe 10 minutes, but even the pickup time usually you still have to wait a half hour before your items are ready. And no pizzas do not burn that way and black crust from being in those drawers for pickup. I have reached out through the app and I’m waiting to see what happens

This is the worst location I’ve ever had to go to, you wait 30 minutes to an hour for a pizza. The employees look completely drained and no communication at all. Tonight I witnessed the poor kid at the end of the pizza line so overwhelmed there was at least 50 to 60 pizzas just sitting there not going to the over 20 people waiting in the lobby. This place needs to do better all the way around.

If you aren’t door dash or ordering online I would stay away from this location. I ordered one pie and some bread sticks and had to wait an hour for it. When I did finally get my food it must have been ready for a while ,because all of it was completely cold.

Never properly staffed. Most days hot n ready is non existent. Even if you order online or phone the pickup time is inaccurate. Was told 20 minutes when I called in. Got there 30 later and they hadn’t started my order. Then was told they said 45 minutes and called me a lier. Too bad they were on my car speaker and my husband heard the conversation. Some of the staff are not friendly at all. I can only assume most of that is from the working conditions. Im sure it would get old real quick day after day of unhappy and complaining customers. This location is very busy. I do feel it is understaffed and that is where most of the problem lies. We very rarely go here anymore and opt to pay more for less hassle and friendlier service.

As of 5/30/2025 this is the worst Little Ceasars pizza place i know of. They are not cooking the pizza or crazy bread correctly. Is as if it wasnt even hardly cooked at all. Didnt recieve crazy sauce woth my order and had to return the first batch of crazy bread because it was way worse. The pizza os super dense and thin as if not cooked. This is all wrong and has been horrible for awhile now. Wait times have exceeded an hour even with online ordering. This place needs help badly. They suck

Stockton Road Kingman Az Little Caesars is a horrible place! You walk in you aren’t greeted. You wait 20 minutes before someone comes to take your order. The attitude of Kyle L. (L is for low life) He is the meanest rudest most unprofessional worker I have ever come in contact with. He said pizza will be done in 10 min. It took a half hour. When he brought us our pizza he put it on the counter and walked away. My husband said oh sir..can I have a package of pepper seeds..no answer..my husband asked again..and again..no answer from the back..finally my husband said sir can you hear me? Kyle L. Screamed NO! So I tried to get the attention of a girl in back..she said she’d be right up..She never came up to the counter. Kyle then came to the counter to do something at the register and my husband asked him again can I have just 1 pkg of pepper seeds..Kyle said No you can’t..my husband said what is wrong with you? Your customer service is not good. Kyle said I don’t care. I told him I’m going to have to report you because you shouldn’t treat customers this way. Kyle said again I don’t care. I said You’ll lose your job treating people this way .He said again I don’t care..I said then you’ll go to another job and with this attitude you won’t have that job for long either and he said I don’t care. So we left and I called corporate and reported him. I can’t even ever give this little Caesars another chance ever again. I’m that turned off by the way we were treated. Supposedly Ramone is the district manager. He better do something about these employees at this location because it’s ugly and it’s only going to get uglier if these employees upset someone else in the future that may not let them do this to them. This place is the worst restaurant I have ever dealt with. Shame on you Kyle L! And shame on the girl in back that said she’d come to the counter and never did! Shame on Little Caesars Pizza on Stockton Rd in Kingman Az! Instant Karma’s gonna get you!

Waited there for 10 minutes for my order that was already done while 3 employees stood around. Was not the only person in there either, nobody else was getting helped. I guess doing things on the computer and standing around was more important than serving their customers.

I was craving pizza for breakfast , so I ordered Little Ceasers, when I tell you my pizza and breadsticks looked like the ad picture in the window , I mean it ! Breadsticks were so soft and fluffy loaded with flavor , and my pizza omg . Not too much sauce , just enough, and it wasn’t under or overcooked . I was soo satisfied ! Thank you morning shift for doing a great job ! Just that made my day !
