I get its new years eve and I arrived at 10 to pick up an online order I had put in like at 930 you still had an hr left. I been a line cook for years you guys were so dead enough to still get the preclose done long before close. You could have atleast cooked my pizzas all the way bro my son is eating this. People can get salmonella from undercooked/raw flour. Little Caesars is lacking leadership desperately i came to this location to avoid the Irvington because theyre always messing up my order. Its dissapointing you just cant get decent fast food anywhere for how expensive things are you would think you could enjoy the food you buy at the very least but not even that. Im gonna contact someone about this for sure

Ordered slice n Stix thru the app . Didn’t have any contact with employee which was fine cause my order was in the portal but my pizza was under cooked and limp . Dough was still white and soggy. Had to bake it more in my oven . Not sure why they took it out before checking

Have been to this location twice. First visit I waited forever to get my order. This visit was fast but the pizza and bread sticks are very uneven. What really got me was when I was told they didn’t give out crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese. What kind of pizza place doesn’t provide these? Will probably stick to Pizza hut for now on. Their pizza are equally cheap and much better quality.

I order the same thing every time, the old world fanceroni, and it is VERY inconsistent. Some days it’s awesome and some days it is missing half of the pepperoni and it isn’t much better than a hot n ready. I feel like the quality of the pizza is depending on who is working and some do not know how to properly prepare their own menu items. Maybe some training is needed to ensure there is some consistency in the final product. I’ve complained about the food before too and the only option they give is to bring the food back, so wasting more of my very valuable time and gas to get a refund when they can just send it back to my card. If these issues are fixed I will update my review.

I often use the web to order from there app. Someone then just walks to pick up food when the app notifies us. Our pizzas have always been ready and very hot. Convenient with above average food and little interaction with staff. Oven located in store accessible to customers that order ahead. A number is assigned to your order and then just locate number on pizza in oven , remove pizza , pay cashier, and that’s it when you order off their app. Very simple. The only thing is getting the app to work. You have to remember a password and I never do. So then you have to reset your password and may become frustrated with the process if your hungry. You also have to ask staff for things like napkins and any extras ( that are charged for, dips and sauces) . Overall we have always had good, hot pizza (breadsticks mighty tasty too) with little hassle.

Never have hot n ready pizzas “ready” the slowest store in Tucson. Also make the worst little Caesars Pizza. I paid for biggest most bestest two times ,and both times got regular pizzas with almost zero pizza sauce on it and very little cheese and pepperoni.
