After waiting seven minutes on hold finally got through to someone to place an order and was hung up on!!! Ouch this is not handle by the store but outside or something.
Food is always yummy and fresh staff is very helpful.
Store was understaffed because someone didn’t show up and the staff was doing an amazing job trying to keep up!!!

Horrible. Employees are LAZY! My husband had to drive all the way back because they didn’t make the pizza correctly. It looks horrible! It looks like they just threw the stuff on it and tossed it in the oven. Definitely will not be returning to this place. I used to order here and it used to be good.

My husband placed an order through the app around 4:45 PM for pizza, Crazy Bread, and Philly Cheesesteak Bites. The app said it would be ready at 5:17 PM. He showed up right on time and found at least twenty people crowded inside and outside the store, all waiting on “ready” orders. He even sent me a photo because the situation was such a mess.
He ended up waiting nearly an hour past the pickup time. The Philly Cheesesteak Bites were never received, and the Crazy Bread was overcooked and missing the buttery parmesan cheese topping that usually makes it so good. Customers were asking for refunds, but staff said they couldn’t issue any. The employees seemed completely overwhelmed and moved at a snail’s pace, showing no urgency or communication with customers.
He didn’t get home until around 6:30 PM, more than an hour after the order was supposed to be ready, with an incomplete order and a frustrated family waiting for dinner. I completely understand Halloween is a busy night, but this location was not managed well at all.
We have been loyal Little Caesars customers for years, but this experience really hurt our confidence in this store. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the lack of organization, urgency, and customer care we all witnessed that night.

Litchfield Park store.. Been going there for over 3 years and the other night my wife ordered our normal order. When it’s time to pick it up. My order was not found cuz they gave it away. So I was told there was a mistake and I was next. An hour goes by and I’m still at the store watching others come in and get there order. When I asked about my order 2 different times I was completely ignored both times. After an hour of being ignored and not told what was going on with my order, I was given my order and the box was torn and not completely closed and both pizzas way over cooked. Which made me having to ask for a refund and that went way outta left field with the supposed manager/ employee. After 3 years of going there I will not return. Service sux and pizza overcooked

I am easy. Just give me what I pay for. I go to the little Caesar’s on Litchfield and van buren but it’s closed so I had to do another. Well they are all not the same and I should have checked the reviews. If I pay for a 3 meat treat, I don’t want meat on just half. That’s what I got. It’s the little things. Honestly, the worst experience ever since I’ve been going to Little Caesars when I was like 12 I pull up I go and get a pretzel pepperoni deep dish pizza expert well done. I opened it when I get home and it just looks like they just threw a bunch of toppings on the pizza when I walked in there they seem like they don’t care like their energy was I don’t care their manager just sits around and makes her employees do everything and she just sits on her phone. This business needs help or it needs to get shut down. That’s exactly why they’re almost at a two star.

Tonight’s experience was a train wreck, dumpster fire, krap-fest show. I placed my order in the app at 4:15pm. When I went to check it close to the pick up time of 7:15pm, the Tracker only said “Order received”. I thought for sure the app was broken & not working. When I arrived to the store at 7:15, there were at least 10 other people waiting in the lobby. This is never a good sign. The app continued to say “Order received” in the tracker. I understand getting behind on orders and when people call out or the manager does not schedule enough staff, orders get behind. They were 3 hours behind. I’m not blaming the workers or even the people who scheduled the staff that night. There seemed to be only 2 people there working and no one was helping the people in the lobby. There is no way to Cancel an order within the app and that is both a disservice & enormous inconvenience. I placed another order at a different store. All I wanted to do was cancel the current one & get a refund. I do not want them processing the order I will never pick up, if they even get to it. I have called the store and been on hold for 35 minutes and counting, as this is the ONLY way to cancel an order. I know there is little to no chance of doing either request. But I had to try. I believe this is a sad reflection of many food service venues. There does not seem to be enough people who want to work, work hard or even show up.

Little Caesars at 13760 W Camelback Rd, Litchfield Park, apparently thinks “pizza” means dry bread with some half melted cheese.
Tomato sauce? Who needs it! Silly me for expecting the basic ingredients they advertise.
And let’s talk about their “customer service.” I called to complain, which clearly was a huge inconvenience for them. They generously left me on hold for 20+ minutes, maybe they thought I’d just give up and go away? How thoughtful.
When someone finally picked up, they handed out a refund like it was some royal favor.
Honestly, if you want the full Little Caesars experience at this location, here’s what you can look forward to:
1 Pay them immediately, this part they nail.
2 Receive half finished garbage they call pizza.
3 Get ghosted when you call for help.
4 Beg for your refund while they act like you’re the problem.
If you enjoy wasting your time, being ignored, and eating dry, sauceless cardboard, this is absolutely the place for you. For everyone else? Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Don’t waste your time. I placed an order at 6:42 PM with an estimated pickup time of 7:06–7:11 PM. I arrived at 7:30 PM, and they hadn’t even started it. The woman in the back yelled to the front that she would be right with me but never came up. After waiting with no update, I had to raise my voice just to ask for a refund. Completely ridiculous to wait an hour for a cheese pizza and cheese bread. Terrible service.

This is my second time ordering from this location, 1st time everything went well fast delivery food was great. Today I had my doctors appt run longer than usual I did not have time to cook so we decide to order a pizza, it delivered within 25 minutes which I thought it was great, I went to change when I came downstairs the kids had already eaten to my dismay the pizza is completely RAW!
