HORRIBLE!!! This store gets worse every day. Still never any hot and ready ever so I decided to try something new a most bestest so I paid the extra for something that was supposed to be better which was supposed to be 5 minutes I was told and 25 minutes of hell later I get a completely burned pie top and bottom just roasted and hard. They need to close this store down. It’s just goes down and down with bad service that can’t speak English or count money only to get fried black pizza. I give up. I won’t go there again except for them to make this right then never again its horrible in all they do

Placed my order using app. I came to the store 10’ later and was told 15’ wait. I waited in my car for 15’. I came in to pick up my pizza and was told my order expired. My cheese pizza was no where to be found. They had to remake my order. I was not the only customer had problem with the order.

So I placed an order online and seconds later I wanted to cancel my order. Spent 5 mins on hold trying to speak with someone at the store. I’m not sure if I wasn’t speaking clearly but I was told my order couldn’t be found and their was nothing she can do. Clearly I got an email confirming my order. I wasn’t going to call again to be on hold so I drove in the store to cancel my order. And of course I hear I believe she is the manager Tracy G saying I couldn’t find her order! Very loud. And my order was waiting in the box. She comes out, no apology about having to drive over when I called earlier and spoke with her stating she can’t find my order.

We ordered our pizza online, and arrived to an absolutely packed lobby. Our pizza was 12 minutes late, however; I have never seen employees move pizza as fast as I did today. The work flow of the employees today was damn near poetic. In the 12 minutes we had to wait, they served no less than 20 pizzas to hungry customers. Damn Little Ceasars… you got game. Love ya guys.

I’m usually not one to complain, especially when it comes to the fast food industry. It’s unfortunately a very stressful industry. However I’m very disappointed. We order 2 pepperoni pizza, a mnt dew, and 4 sauces on Feb. 4, 2023. Not only did I get the wrong order, BUT the tag on the pizza boxes showed Yesterday’s date Feb. 3, 2023… they delivered me pizza made yesterday… I was going to request it to be redelivered, but after noticing, they gave me day old food. I just can’t trust the place.

Ordered a Supreme deep dish, Hawaiian, and breadsticks this evening all were cooked really lightly, the Supreme was raw. Dough not even close to be cooked thru. The cheese was barely melted and the toppings barely cooked. Tried calling the restaurant numerous times sat on hold for quite awhile to Noone answering the phone.
