the Pizza was extremely overcooked and old. my orignal order was not even made. I showed up for my order placed online and was told it was not made and will be another 20 minutes so I got a refund and then got a hot and ready. worst pizza i have ever had. I am done with little Caesars and will not be returning.

For the second time at this location, we placed an online order and experienced an unreasonable wait well past the scheduled pickup time.
This past Saturday, we placed our order four hours in advance. When we arrived 15 minutes before the pickup time, we were told the order hadn’t even been started and that there were “only two employees working.” We were told it would be ready in 15 minutes, which would have still put us right on time.
However, 40 minutes later, we checked again and were told that three out of six items hadn’t been made yet. We continued waiting. After another 15 minutes, I went back to the counter and was told, “I don’t know, I can’t see your pizza.” When I asked why our order was being made separately, the employee said she didn’t know and threw her hands in the air, again blaming staffing—even though three employees were visibly working.
During this entire time, the same employee repeatedly told walk-in customers there would be an hour wait, while we watched multiple orders being completed ahead of ours, despite having ordered hours earlier. At one point, she even told a gentleman—in Spanish—to go to the 67th Ave and Peoria location instead.
To add to the frustration, that same employee placed a personal food order from Wingstop, which was delivered while we were still waiting for our food. She stopped to talk with the delivery driver as our order remained incomplete.
Online ordering should reflect proper planning and order prioritization. Unfortunately, this is the second time we’ve had this experience at this location, and the lack of organization and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

Ordered 2 pizzas, both supposed to be uncut. They were both cut and cut horribly at that. Line was very long but mainly disappointed they couldn’t follow simply directions.

I guess I should of specified that I wanted extra sauce and extra cheese on this “Detroit style” pizza. The pic actually makes it look better that it taste. Zero seasoning, ZERO it tastes like nothing, but over cooked yet doughy bread. Just a horrible attempt at a pizza lol

Total lack of management/customer service at this store. Ordered online, got a burnt pizza. Tried calling for 30 minutes as I was driving back to store and NO ANSWER AT ALL. Got to store to only be given attitude and blatant disrespect. Asked for a manager to speak with and was told no they were busy. Stiod there for 15 additional minutes waiting for a remake on pizza only to be told after watching 13 orders 5 which had just been placed after mine get their food and be told they forgot to put mine in when asked for a hot and ready I was given so much disrespect I wasn’t sure they hadn’t spit in my pizza…I ended up giving it to the young homeless man outside that rundown ran horribly of a pizza store. Would NEVER recommend this establishment. You’re better off going 2 miles down the road to 67th Ave whwre they are friendly and courteous!!!!

On my way here to this Little Caesars location, I was reading all the reviews and I started to panic I thought, welp you came this far just Go, so I did. They were fairly busy and my wait was about 3 minutes. (Not bad) I asked the cashier, who was Super friendly and very Kind, if they had any Crazy Puffs ready. She said they did. When it was my turn to order I asked for the Crazy Puffs Crave Combo. She said, “I don’t think we have that here because we have combos with 2 leiters of soda not the 20 oz.” I showed her on my phone and she looked in her register and she said, “Oh! We have that? I never saw that before.” I giggled and told her I would like to order the combo. She very kindly told me that I can help myself to the 20 oz. Pepsi. Personally, I think that management needs to go over the menus with their employees especially if it’s a new product.
Now, the reviews about the food were, sad to say, on point. I made the best of the crazy puffs I got. I was hungry and I decided that I will definitely get the Crazy Puffs again, just at a different location because of the sad condition of the way my food looked and was made. One of the crazy puffs was much smaller than the other 3, as you can see in the picture. (lower right corner) Then again, I could have asked for fresh ones I’m guessing.
The store was clean, the staff were so friendly and the location is in a perfect spot. Outside the store the lot was clean as well. I enjoyed this visit, sadly the food was dry, hard, barely warm and extra crunchy. If I had a mustache, (like the ones in the commercials) it wouldn’t be flying around all happy, it would have jerked my head away from the food and flew off with me in tow

So we ordered pizza from this place and didn’t open the boxes until we arrived at out home, the pizza was un edible. As you can tell the pizza was burnt, tasted old and lacked any flavor other than oil. Don’t recommend coming here for dinner. Wally burger is right next to this place, spend your money wisely.

I placed a order online which means when my order is ready for pick up it gets put in the portal and my own access code I go to pick up my order seen my name on the screen and typed in my code two ovens opened but there wasn’t anything in there so I go and talk to the cashier
And she tells me someone else picked it up mind you I don’t have family in this town so no one could have picked up my order then the gentleman said someone stole it I don’t see how someone could steal it I’ve never had that happen before the gentleman remade my order but I’m a vegetarian but my kids aren’t on the pizza I ordered for myself had meat on it and all the pizzas were burnt and not cut right I appreciate the gentleman remaking for me but the burnt pizza and the meat on my pizza wasn’t right mind you I didn’t give no attitude nor was I rude and was unseeing standing and still food wasn’t right

Omg this was the worst pizza I ever purchased, JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!
One was raw and un-cut, and the other was over-cooked…sloppy and just so DISRESPECTFUL,
but I did call and speak to the manager who handled it with the greatest and most professional manner…
He apologized, offered to make it better and was totally apologetic, because our dinner was absolutely RUINED WITH RAW/OVER-cooked pizzas…
That cook should be arrested for impersonating an actual pizza maker…
