I got a meat pizza, simple, elegent, supposedly delicious. . . For some strange reason it was so incredibly spicy, and i est super spicy food all the time. As a member of the culinary field, I couldnt go without leaving this review. Be careful. Customers-your pizza could end up being too spicy to eat. Staff- do your best not to cross contaminate peoples food, it can cause anything from a stomachache to death.

I have been to this location 3 times between 4-5pm to pick up a hot-n-ready pizza. All three times, there has not been a single hot-n-ready available and I’ve had to wait 10-15 minutes. Kinda frustrating because the point is they are premade and ready for pick up, without having to call ahead. 2 of the three times, I had to wait for someone to come from the back to take my order. While waiting I’ve noticed not so great customer service for people who walked in after me. Little things like not being able to answer questions about menu items and specials that had been advertised. Aside from those things the location has always been clean and the quality of the food has been consistent for the price range.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. We live 5 min away. After getting home you’d think the pizza was just taken out of the fridge. Cold not luke warm, cold. Ugh we just wanted a hot pizza.

The weekend female lead is unprofessional and intentionally antagonistic. Every time I’ve been there on the weekend, she is completing orders late and lacking customer service. The quality of the pizza is much worse when she’s working also. I would find someone else, or keep losing clients, it’s up to you. She’ll try and justify it by saying there’s new people but she is the problem, it’s clear.

pizza that’s hot and ready what else can you ask for when you have a few hungry kids little energy and a tight budget. Easy clean up tummies are fed and kids are happy. Sometimes it’s the little things like a little caesars pep pizza that makes the night for everyone.
Pizza can no longer be found hot and ready. The last year or so every time we have been in a pinch and have stopped for an affordable pizza in a rush there hasn’t been any availabile. I usually take whatever they have when in a rush but they never have anything anymore. Might as well order papa johns or pizza hut.

This location seems to run efficiently, with multiple orders in progress, yet a smooth and timely service being offered.
When pulling in from the Williams Field Rd, I had to look around a bit, at the business is tucked in between a few others.
They seem to have a fairly generous opening hours, which is convenient.
Those who ate the pizza seemed to enjoy it, so no complaints.

What can I say its cheap pizza, but for what its worth, this location is on point. Customer service was great, they were very busy yet no one was really waiting, they looked organized, the place was very clean and the staff was professional.

I ordered a half cheese half Pepperoni pizza through the portal. It was not what I asked for. When I called, the man did not seem happy to help. He did say they’d remake it and hung up while I was talking. I drive back in taking the mishap, of course. Once I arrived all the staff can see customers at the front. However, they are avoiding anyone in there and on their phones. After 8 min of waiting, I tell him why I’m there, he just walks away brings me the corrected pizza and flings it on the counter. No type of customer service. Seems like they rather not work. My two yr old wanted a ball from the machine while we waited and that didn’t work. When I asked if there was anything they could do since he put 2 quarters in there, another man seemed irritated I even asked. I normally don’t have an issue here but today was terrible. If you don’t want to do your job stay home. The missing slice is because my 2 yr old son couldn’t wait to eat and it only had one Pepperoni on it.
