Worst location, worst customer service. My order was late and they were not busy, my breadsticks were throwed in there bag not even folded closed, pizza just messy and stabbed with the box, asked about my order and whats going on after it didnt come out, I stood there watching as a few people HANDED THEIR FOOD come and go.. im told “I dont know it should be coming out soon.” But instead of HANDING ME MY FOOD like everyone else, he continued to not want to help me as a customer for whatever reason and went around HANDING ME MY FOOD WHEN I WAS STANDING THERE past the time it was supposed to be ready! Can you believe he put my order in the portal box in my face instead of HANDING ME MY FOOD?? Crazy Work! I wont order there again and I will also dispute the charge cause whatt! Did me dirty, burnt the round pies too. #fired

I went to this Little Caesers and decided to try the Old World Fanceroni. I bought it solely for the reason that it looked like it would be absolutely covered in pepperoni, like in the picture advertised. I thought that was also why it cost a few dollars more than a regular pepperoni pizza. I thought I was paying more for the extra pepperoni. However, when I got the pizza I was very disappointed to see that it honestly just looked like a mid pizza with tiny pepperonis.
I was so confused. Why did I pay extra for a pizza that was advertised as being absolutely littered with pepperoni only to get one that had maybe 25ish tiny pepperonis at the most? I usually wouldn’t make a big deal of it but it’s literally advertised as having a truckload of pepperonis on it! Super sad and super disappointing

When you order pizza, you assume that the ingredients will be arranged as in the picture, or at least neatly. And they just threw the mushrooms on my pizza like… You can see on the photo. I’m generally silent about cutting pizza. One piece is small, the second is large, one with filling, the second without filling. The pizza tastes like just a dry flatbread with an oily taste. I expected more than I received.

This Little Caesars dude. I have been ordering from here over the last two years and it is genuinely the best Little Caesars I have ever ordered from. Oh and I live closer to two other locations that are far inferior to this one. The pizza is cooked perfectly, the toppings are just right, and the speed is noteworthy. The only criticism I have and I haven’t had this issue in the last few visits, is they run out of jalapeno semi frequently. Other than that this Little Caesars is genuinely a cheat code.

Super slow to make orders, nevermind the status of the app as at this location that does not matter, staff are very confrontational at this location. 2 pizzas out of my order were cold and burnt. Due to the aggressive nature of the staff I didn’t want to bring this to the attention. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone I know.

Went and waited a while and had asked the front worker if he was okay genuinely. He said everyone has heavy hearts and thanked me I even asked because he hasn’t heard that in a while. If you come here please be kind and respectful they only have two workers when we went and just be kind

Absolutely unacceptable experience! I ordered my pizza at 440pm and I arrived at 5:30 PM when my pizza was supposed to be ready, and no one was at the front. I had to yell to get someone’s attention after waiting 10 minutes, only to be told it’d be another 20 minutes. Completely ridiculous and a huge inconvenience, especially with my kids waiting!

To the young man working today, you did great. It was October 19th at about 11:00am/11:15am, I did not get his name but I believe he had on glasses. Young man you were doing your job, and doing it well. It looked like he was either alone or just him and someone else, and I saw a lady being sassy because it was gonna take ‘20 minutes’ for her food, when there’s an order online option. I came in and my food was ready in the portal, it was delicious. I also ordered online, so that woman didn’t need to be sassy about her food. Hot and ready pizzas are amazing but if you’re out and have to make some, there’s nothing wrong with that. Keep up the good work man, don’t let people get you down. 10/10 food and service.
