I just want to say that customer service is a dying art but not for the wonderful staff at Little Cesars in Hurricane. We were greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service. The young lady at the drive through saw my young son and offered him cookies. It’s those little things that mean so much and keeps customers returning. ❤️ The pizza was hot and tasted amazing. The price is always reasonable. Thank you so much!

Good pizza at one of the cheapest places you’ll find these days. Good value for your money, delicious and hot. There’s no indoor dining. Only take out whether you call ahead or walk in. We usually call ahead because it’s about 15-20 minutes on average to get it. The wait sucks, but the pizza is fresh and hot so it’s worth it if you plan ahead. Lots of parking available.

The staff is doing the best they can despite total neglect from franchise ownership. One of their ovens repeatedly goes out causing massive delays and customer frustration. After talking with multiple employees, I discovered that the owner has refused requests to replace the oven, or to get it properly fixed. This is very embarrassing for little caesars as a company, but even more for this specific franchise owner. I bet the oven at his/her house works just fine….

Since this store does not let you order online and pay cash in store I decided to call and order. I let it ring for 5 minutes and no answer so I decided just to drive there and order. While there I called again to watch what happened and not one employee was capable of picking up the phone but the management had plenty of time to be on here cellphone. Meanwhile 2 people making pizza, a young guy and girl, were to busy kissing and playing grabass to do anything!!!!

honestly not even worth my time to explain what happen when you have a store full of teenagers who are fooling around. =-overall took 30+ minutes (when they were all just standing around just to drive back up to the window to see our order just sitting there) just to receive a deep dish and some cheese bread and didn’t get our sauce we had to pay for. attitude given all around with each employee, just going to go somewhere else for pizza if i ever return to the area.

We order online and it’s always an hour no matter what time of day. We have just ordered a pizza at 4pm on a Saturday and it wasnt busy, they just only had one oven on, so it will be…..that’s right, an hour. My kids love the food, but this location never seem to have any “hot and ready” pizzas available, ever.

Little Caesars is cheap pizza and that’s what you get. It’s good. They don’t always have the hot and ready, ready. So sometimes it’s a wait. The location is not the best if there is a wait, but it’s good cheep pizza.

Placed a Phone order 20 minutes before arrival, showed up and paid, food still wasn’t ready. They said it would be another 10 more minutes. Waited in my truck for 15 minutes, finally got out went inside to see what the deal was, there was six workers all doing nothing. finally one came up to me and asked what they could do for me. I asked if my order was ready and they said yeah and it was just sitting in the heater. Open the pizza up when I get home the pizzas was barely cut and ripping apart. Really disappointed in my service today

this little Caesars pizza is a joke. they never have anything hot n ready for drive through or any other kinda pizza. the staff are a a joke there has been only one time that we didn’t see a messy kitchen and staff goofing off. the other day we went here to get some pizzas and there was no one at the window for a few min they were all in the kitchen playing around with a broom the girl and boy chasing eachother and laughing the other guy was out taking pizzas to a car yes we have to wait for ever for our orders and park either in a extreamly small parking spot that runs into the line to the drive through or park out on the road. when he got back he didn’t come straight to the window to get our order he took his time looking at us then looking away over and over again doing nothing other than that then finsly came to the window and looked un kept dirty we proceeded to order but he couldn’t get our order right and finaly he took out his earbuds that had music playing no wonder he couldn’t hear what I was saying …. needless to say iv had it and went to taco bell insted. this is the worst one ever in my book!
