Workers were very polite. The music was super loud in the lobby area. I asked for bread sticks and was charged (and received) stuffed bread sticks. Overall fine, but simple mistakes that made me wish I had just ordered online.

Rude horrible service. Burnt my pizza more than once.usally wait 45 min or longer. Usually wait 10 min just to ask you what you want. Ordered a pizza waited 1 hour 30 minutes was told that they wait tell they are done to make online orders very rude! Another time the lady took 30 minutes to box my order
Went back on a different occasion and they gave us rock hard breadsticks rock hard Italian cheese bread and pizza puffs were horrible and they had been therefore a while they have not improved service or food.

Sloppy work. The toppings were slid off to the side and burnt. Under done in the middle. Way too much cheese. I’ve gotten good pizzas at this location in the past( Richfield) but I guess I’ll do Dominos from now on☹️

I haven’t had pizza in almost a year. I chose Little Caesars and glad I did. Heavenly made my day with her service, giving me a delicious pepperoni pizza that was perfectly baked. I also appreciated her attention to cleanliness by washing her hands prior to coming to the front counter to provide service. I’ll be sure to return.
