In November 2025, we visited Little Caesars in Provo, Utah. On Tuesday, November 11th, or Veterans Day, Little Caesars offers Veterans a free lunch special personal pizza and 20 ounce drink. Thank you, Little Caesars, for treating Veterans so well on Veterans Day and providing us with a free and delicious pizza lunch.

It’s 10:30pm on a Monday 9/29/2025. If I’m not mistaken this location is supposed to be open until 12am. So why is the open sign turned off and when I went in the blonde girl said they do not have nor are they cooking any more pizzas and there’s another African American girl in back mopping while the blonde girl is counting the cash til? This location used to be amazing but has wildly gone down hill. Always getting attitude and none of the staff cares at all to even attempt to keep the place open until midnight. As I’m typing this up in the parking lot, she’s walking the door and apparently effective today they started closing at 11 which I call total BS.

I love little Caesars have been going for years but this location they don’t care they said are order would be ready by 6:03 we went at 6:03 and they were not ready until about 6:20 ish we even called them and said that it was supposed to be ready at 6:03 and they did not seem to care at all. It also takes forever I’ve been to other places and they are faster was so excited for this location but it was disappointing that’s like the 3rd time I’ve been and they don’t seem to care at all thx for the location anyway will probably still go here because it’s close to my house

Definitely not the best pizza place in the world, but it’s also not the worst. The pizza crust is usually slightly crunchy and pretty well flavored, but you can tell that it seems like they don’t use fresh ingredients. The pizza is a little too greasy and doesn’t really leave me wanting more. Their deep dish is a little bit better but also not very much. I beleive the best thing on their menu is their Italian cheese bread. It is extra cheesey with a crunchy outer crust that’s also big and fluffy on the inside.
My main issue with this particular location of Little Caesars, though is two fold. First, they’ve done a terrible job at cutting their pizza. I don’t believe I have ever gotten a pizza from this location where the pizza was actually cut more than just through the cheese. Normally the pizza is still all completely together. The other problem is service. Although all the employees are very nice, service can take awhile sometimes. One time the girl at the cashier took her friend behind the counter and you could hear them giggling and possibly kissing in the back while I waited to place my order.
Definitely not the best place for pizza but for the price and speed you can get it on, it’s worth it if you’re in a hurry or need to feed a lot of people.

Ordered through DoorDash. Order was canceled twice from drivers was a little upset called to figure out what was going on. The guy on the phone was awesome the order was stolen but he said he’d remake it and was super kind over the phone. I appreciate it for sure!!

Wow, who was working tonight? Little Caesar’s is default when my husband is working nights. Quite honestly I normally think you get what you pay for with this restaurant. It isn’t great, but it’s cheap and quick. But tonight someone on staff deserves a raise. The pizza was really good, actually cut like a real pizza, and the crazy bread was insanely perfect

I think we all have low expectations for this place so we tolerate the low quality food and service. Tonight they showed me they can be worse.
I ordered via the app. I get notified it’s ready, I go in. Use the pick up machine and there’s only one pizza in there. I ordered two. It shows on the app and even on the paper receipt attached to the pizza. After being neglected by the cashier lady for about 5 mins, I finally spoke loudly and asked about my order. She’s like I don’t know go ask the other guy. So another employee comes asks what I ordered I told him and he made large whining noise and went to the back. Comes back with the other pizza I had ordered. It was still in the pan. He throws it out into the pizza box. Saying some words under his breath. He proceeds to come and throw the pizza on top of my other pizza. Since I figured that’s was messed up I looked at the other pizza. It was supposed to be pretzel crust it was not. I told the employee and he sighed really loudly and said it is the pretzel crust. At this point I just gave up on dealing with the extremely poor attitude and left with my pizzas.

Ordered a personal lunch pizza this afternoon. Showed up a little early and could see the guy in the back making it. He reached back into the oven and dragged my pizza out before it was finished cooking, which resulted in it being doughy throughout and the bottom layer of cheese didnt even melt. I usually like little Ceasars, but was thoroughly disappointed this morning
The second picture I attached is all the RAW dough from a single slice of pizza. Ridiculous and unacceptable. A complete waste of my money. Will not ever be returning to this location, stay away at all costs
Update: it has been almost 2 months and I have still not received the refund they said they would issue. I went into the store to talk to them about it and showed them the receipt, but they lost the order in their system and said I’d have to go to customer service. Frustrating to say the least.

They send a notification saying that the order is ready, even though they didn’t even start cooking it. On all the questions they reply that “the order will be ready shortly”. I would have better go to Taco Bell right across the street.
EDIT: Even more than that, the sauce amount was incredibly small. After my question to give me another bag of sauce, they told me that they are all the same and it’s the company’s policy to give such a small amount of sauce. If that’s the case, LC has just died for me. That’s literally the last time I am ordering something from them.
