I had ordered cheese pizza and crazy bread and had to wait for the pizza. Went in after 15 mins and they were out of crazy bread in lunch hour. I had to wait 25 more minis. 30 mins for a cheese pizza. The girl who took my order gave away my bread right in front of me. I was on an hour lunch break and I had to rush to make it back to work. No one even said sorry, was annoying.

They show several hot and ready items but only had the basic two and there was no one in the restaurant. Took a few minutes for them to acknowledge me, largely ignored. Looks like waiting is the norm and there was nowhere to sit while waiting. Pizza when it came out was hot but sought in the middle when it came out. General feeling is they just didn’t care. They messed up my order on the second pizza and foisted a basic pepperoni on me. Price just not worth what I got and experienced. Do not recommend.

This is one of the restaurants that ask for tips when paying but the customer service y horrible, they do not deserve a tip, specially if they give you attitude for being a customer that keeps them in that job. And to top it off the cashier is also preparing food items without washing her hands nor gloves. Also, all workers look very miserable.. little Caesars should give them an incentive to raise their morale

THEY ARE SCAMMING HERE!! went in today and they said they only had extra pepperoni for hot and ready. Both of the pizzas I got only had the regular pepperoni amount on them. This is not the first time this had happened. A difference in price of about 5$. Also everytime this has happened I have gotten charged a different amount. This is not ok

Little Caesars…
It’s exactly what you expect,
and I expect exactly that,
once a week.
However, this week was different.
Not only did I not order my “usual”,
but I walked in and was handed my order immediately.
As I pulled open the door, the customer service person broke from the crowd and said “here’s your pizza sir”, handed me my pizza without asking my name, and remembered I loved lots of crushed red peppers (which are the best/hottest ever, but that’s a different story).
I left, having the best customer service I’ve had for awhile. So, I drove the two miles to my bank’s ATM and brought back a well deserved tip.
I asked her name (Laura), and told her i used to be an assistant manager for Little Caesars many lifetimes ago.
Laura made the best valued pizza more valuable!

Had to wait for 20+ minutes for 2 pizzas cause they had to make them.
The girl in charge on making the pizzas literally made them on the last 5 minutes and with a pace that omg, she was so so slow that it even looked like she was struggling to move; it wasn’t even busy, no online orders either.
These are all things that happen, but what I’m about to say it’s not suppose to happen. I ordered an Extramost Bestest and got a classic pepperoni instead, which was stale and cold, clearly not the one I ordered.
All that wait for nothing and even worse, not get what I ordered. Never coming back again.

Here’s how I would do it if I worked there and it was 30 minutes or less to closing.
“Welcome to little Caesar’s, we are close to closing and are limited with the menu. I have (insert what’s left to sell that’s still at best fresh). Will one of these be ok for you tonight?”
And then, if pizzas can still be made I’d add –
“If not, there may be a slight wait for us to cater to your order.”
Home girl snapped back at us so fast when we asked for a Hawaiian.
“We’re not making Hawaiians.”
Understandable given the time we walked in, but jeez.
On top of that, the pizzas we did buy weren’t cut enough for us to tear apart. Like… we had to get a knife to cut it.

Got the usual large pepperoni and buffalo wings. Wings had very little sauce. Pizza was warm at best and really dry. Very disappointing for being more expensive than dominos and pizza hut.

We LOVE our local Little Caesar’s. The staff is very friendly and take good care of us every time. Love the ease of the pizza portal and they always make good on coupons if we have any. Totally recommend this location!!
