When I worked for Arby’s many years ago, we were expected to get food out to the customer in 90 seconds. Today I waited for 11 minutes. Additionally, I ordered a double beef and cheddar, and I was definitely given a classic. I always order the same thing, I know what it should be. Usually I would call my experience with this Arby’s average, but today they failed to live up to even that.

We visit your Arby’s Drive thru on Southland Drive, Fairmont, WV very often. Until the past couple of month’s, there have been no problems. But now, there is almost always something missing from our order, and since you tape the bag closed, it’s difficult to check. Since the whole order is on the register slip that is attached to the bag, there is no reason to have any missing items. We’re still charge for the items, but don’t get them. Today it was a cheery turnover. Why are so many of

The Hawaiian fish sandwich with cheddar is delicious. Only one pertain ahead of me but the wait was long. Maybe 8 mins. Drive thru gal was very pleasant with a smile.

The strawberry milkshake is phenomenal!! The restaurant was very clean and organized. The staff looked well kept, very friendly, and helpful. Best yet, the given Military Discount, which most places are shying away from. GREAT JOB ARBY’S!!!

Ordered the new steak bites. They were soft when you hit them with the fork. Dry dry dry, chewy dry overcooked meat. Got a credit from the manager and ordered the gyro, of course with lamb.
