We love this location.
There’s another that’s close and has a drive thru which is super convenient, BUUUUUUT they aren’t great. Sometimes the dough is SO gross I can’t eat it.
This location is the best!

Came here tonight to grab a quick pizza for dinner for my son and I. Location is perfect as it is less than 2 miles from my location and it is perfectly easy to access from Redwood or 7000 South. The pizza is great. I’ll always visit. The service was fast. Bianca was extra great. She offered cookies to my son and she was super nice. I’ll come back.

I would rate it a zero star if I could. I do not expect much out of a Little Caesars, but this is the second really poor service has happened recently. The breadsticks were extremely burnt and hard as a rock. I do not know how the employee could have pulled this out of the oven, cut it up and put it in a bag without blatantly acknowledging it and doing it anyways. Don’t waste your money or time with this place

It’s little Caesar you get what you pay for it’s always decent for an acceptable price considering nothing is 5$ anymore the register wasn’t working properly but they were able to get my pizza to me in a timely manner considering how busy it was at the time with a downed machine

I won’t complain about the food because I really appreciate the fact that there is a restaurant where homeless people can get an affordable meal. And when you have younger kids; this becomes a regular stop at least once a week: which is my case. It came to my attention that pizzas are no longer Hot and Ready.. if you get them hot, then definitely uncooked and soggy.. they’re never ready as they used to.
They now make them on demand.. the line is laughably long.. (as in the photo) hopefully they’ll get to correct the disservice to their loyal neighbors

I’ve been to the West Jordan location several times and have been dissatisfied every time. I’ve been given the wrong pizzas and several times the crust has been flat and dry. My most recent the pizza was good but my crazy bread was undercooked. I got doughy bread sticks!

I literally just ordered this for dinner tonight. I had it delivered, but some of the items I had ordered was either wrong or didn’t receive it. First I ordered a stuffed crust which you can see in the pic below & got the opposite of stuffed, I had ordered bbq ranch and didn’t receive it, ordered an Pepsi and got mountain dew. This is my favorite location I always go to cause I’ve never had a problem with them, so It’s upsetting they messed up.

Our family has been buying pizza from this store for 10 years plus. We’ve had some issues but never made a deal about them. Today we ordered a cheese and a pepperoni stuffed crust crazy crust pizza.
Got home and one wrong pizza. After calling a lady that had a hard time communicating she said to hang up call again and press 8. On hold forever again , I drive down as I’m on hold I get to the store no customers in it and no one’s answering the phone? Handed the Manager the wrong pizza with the receipt. Waited for a fresh new pizza she hands me another pizza Oops wrong one again. I said it’s crazy crust so she takes it back and gets me the correct pizza while trying to tell me my wife ordered the wrong pizza but it was on the receipt. She could have handled the situation better or more professionally but had an angry face and horrible attitude. Recap the fist pizza was regular crust, second pizza was stuffed but not the crazy then the third was the correct. I know it’s just a pizza store can’t expect too much but the way the manager handled the situation prompted me to write this review. We all have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers.

2 nights ago I placed an online order for 4 pizzas. I went shopping around the Smith’s next door while waiting for my order to be completed. When I got the email saying my order was complete, I went to the Little Caesars and was told by the cashier that my order wasn’t ready yet.
She then made me wait 20 minutes for my pizzas to be made. Then, when those pizzas were ready, she pulled four pizzas out of the pizza warmer and said they were actually already made and that they had just double made my order. When I asked for the fresh pizzas, she told me to “take it or leave it” and that I had to take the old pizzas.
Don’t shop at this location, they’re horrible, and to top it all off, the lady in the back was switching tasks from sweeping the floor to cutting pizzas without washing her hands or wearing gloves.
I’m posting this on Google because the Little Caesars company is ignoring the complaint that I have already sent them to try and rectify this issue.
