This was my usual Dunkins I haven’t been here in a while but this morning I go through the drive through the person at the speaker barely understood me. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and White cheddar sandwich and a large hot matcha than I get to the window get my stuff and of course they put regular cheedar on my sandwich even though the bag says white cheddar and I’m handed my drink and really light I open it and it’s like 75% foam!!! I tried to talk to the girl at the window but she’s not getting anything im saying talking this girl looks like deer in head lights so I just drove away because there was no point in trying to explain to someone the issues when they are looking at me like I have two heads. Will not be back and probably will just stop going to Dunkins all together

The attendant took my order , we asked for 12 donuts box , then , she asked me to wait so she could take next order . The man asked for the last donut , cream delight that my son asked but since she asked to us wait , she didn’t knew that we wanted so I said oh sorry we wanted the last one , she no it is his bow ( the man that is supposed to be the next on line ) She was extremelly rude !!!!!!! Today is Jan 4th and it is 1:11pm .

The food and drinks are your average dunks. The service though at the drive thru…SLOW. I’ll be the only car in line and still takes like 5-10mins for my coffee. I see multiple workers behind the counter and they work like there’s one of them. Please work on your drive thru service.

Dang this coffee is good! Restroom was clean. I was frustrated because I had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh pot of dark roast, while my man was impatiently waiting in the car for me, but I was all smiles again after I took my first sip. Perfect amt of milk and sugar too (cashier added). Thanks Dunkin!

They messed up on 90% of our order. Messed up on sandwiches like giving sausage instead of bacon.
Got Boston donuts instead because they forgot the cream part. The donuts were missing their filling. Go to any other Dunkins but this horrid one.

7 cars waiting in drive dru behind me. They left me waiting a while at the speaker. Cars started beeping. I finally ordered, and when I pulled up, the girl at the window was on her personal phone talking on the phone. So unprofessional.. the people behind her were clearly working hard inside with inside orders. It was really busy she shouldn’t have been on her phone.
