Not happy at all I ordered pizza and when I went to eat it there was literally a hair on my pizza I called to tell them that there was hair on my pizza and when i told him i would bring my pizza back they literally told me they wear hats and they keep all their hair in their hats and they could not take my pizza back once it goes out and hung up on me!! Rude! Not good customer service and then not even offer to make it right is some bullcrap!! Then to just hang up on a customer is just somw bull! I should of at least got offered new pizzas but no he just hung up on me! As u can see in the pictures it hair on my pizza!! I paid for pizza we didn’t even get to eat because of the damn hair!! My hair is black and red not brown!!!

Food was 32 minutes late from when the order said it would be done-unacceptable, be accurate, you waste peoples lives waiting. This Will unfortunately be our last visit at this establishment. Lobby was closed and only taking online or drive through? Very poor service. Picture is of a return while we was waiting, left on the counter for the 25 minutes we sat there, and the employee took food outside touching all sorts of contaminated surfaces, and returned back to handling products. Health department needs to evaluate their license.

I was at Lowes from out of town on 12/27/2025. I decided I would take a pizza with me home. So I called ahead, made an order for a 5 meat pizza. Gave him my name. I got there a little earlier than the guy said the pizza would be done by. I told the guy I had called ahead. After about 10 minutes, he asked my name. We went back and forth about 4 times because he couldn’t understand me telling him my name. He looks on his computer, says I dont have an order for you, you want to order one? I walked out and went to Arby’s. Terrible service. Wasted about 20 minutes of time standing around a messy pizza to go area. Its obvious, customer service isnt a priority. After observing the pizzas being set out on boxes and left to cool, pretty sure Arby’s was a better bet. Not one person was wearing plastic gloves. The guy slicing pizza was barehanded and taking money. I won’t attempt to ever buy from this place again. No customer service, unsanitary, unkempt.

5 stars for a drive thru! I know there are a few locations that have them. It’s just so convenient to be able to pull up and stay in the car with your kids. The staff were really great for the one visit I made to this location. They had just restocked their 2 liter root beer so they had to work hard to find me a cold one. They were super friendly and helpful.

Ordered a thin crust pizza on door dash. Pizza came and they cooked the pizza with the paper on in placed under the toppings. Hamburger tasted bad as well

I do like their pizza, however if we order online, call, or go in and order in person, it always takes 20 plus minutes to receive our order. There is always some kind of mistake where our food has to be re-made or it was not made at all. We went in for one pizza we ordered online today, and it was not ready, we were given a 7 minute estimate and sat waiting for about 15 minutes. During this time, workers argued in front of everyone about what was and wasn’t made. The young man helping us was very kind and apologized even though it was not his fault, and gave us some cookie dough for our wait.

You get 1 star because I can’t give you negative stars. Do better Little Ceasars. I know it’s Sunday but that’s no excuse. I got there at 7pm and you said I needed to wait 5-7 min while you made pizza because you didn’t have any hot and READY pepperoni or Crazy Bread. OK I’m willing to wait for fresh pizza and bread sticks(but just wondering why you have none ready when that’s the majority of what you sell…?). Anyway that goes right out the window when you get home and it turns out your pizza is neither fresh nor pepperoni. Thanks alot for ruining my dinner. I’m not at all in the mood to go back and get it fixed right and ya’ll better be thankful for that because I would not be returning all rainbows and puppies! Lastly this pizza was waaaay older than the 10mins I waited for you to make me a fresh one blah!

I ordered the veggie pizza with extra sauce. I think they forgot most of the veggies and instead of extra sauce they didn’t put any sauce on it, the employee even made a point to tell me she put extra sauce on it.
Definitely not worth my time to eat it.

Stopped on my way home from work when I got there they said they we’re only serving pepperoni and cheese pizzas I said okay I’ll take two hot and ready pepperonis and an Italian cheese bread with sauce. first the pizza look like it’s been sitting in the warmer for 10 hours and tasted about the same the cheese bread had very little cheese on it and she forgot my sauce and when I asked her about it she ran in the back and brought me a half a cup of sauce and acted like I inconvenienced her

I have always enjoyed this lil Caesar’s since I was a kid and the service was always nice, pieces were cut equally and always tasted the best. When I went this day I ordered half pepperoni, and cheese because my kid loves the cheese and pepperoni is my favorite. Well when I opened the Box their was small slices cheese and huge slices of pepperoni. It was so uneven and they didn’t seem like they cared enough to be a prepared the right way.
