Horrible experience. Hungry for pizza, ordered ahead of time and the front counter person was rude, made me wait for my pizza even though the app said it was ready for pick up. Kept me waiting more to then realize she had given away my pizza and it had to be remade. Never took responsibility for her mistake, had to take up almost my whole lunch waiting. I can see why their review score is in the 3s

I called at 7:58 pm to place an order for 2 Hawaiian pizzas. The lady on the phone said they will be ready by 8:15pm. When I got there at 8:15, she told me she had to push my order back bc they got a lot of orders and it will be 6 more minutes, mind you I was communicated this after she asked for my payment, no before. They don’t have a seating space. It’s 8:29 pm and still waiting for my pizzas.

I ordered a well-done custom pizza for $18.50 (ridiculous) that had two toppings, besides cheese: beef and banana peppers. I got a limp pizza with old school cup pepperoni and beef. It was ordered online 30 minutes before pickup. I don’t understand how a printed order gets messed up. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location, so I’ll go to another in the future.

This place used to be my regular Little Ceasers for 2 years, and the food was always amazing, but just recently I moved, and I ended up about an hour south. Well I placed an order on the app not realizing it still sent the order to the last store you ordered from, and when I got to my local restaurant they were saying they couldn’t do anything.
So I called up this one expecting a run-around or to be told they couldn’t cancel because they had already made the food (which would have been reasonable, even if frustrating for me), but they laughed, said they understood, voided my order right then without any fuss and just made the entire situation much less painful for me, and I didn’t need to worry about paying for dinner twice.

I would recommend Little Caesars anytime to just about anyone. I have been going to Little Caesars since a kid in the 90s, and it got me through my poor college student days.
What I like about this place is it brings back great memories, and allows me to give my kids memories of their own. I would recommend the hot n ready pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni and cheese taste really good. The price is good even though it has gone up with inflation. The speed of getting the pizza allows us to take it up the mountain for boarding or camping and lets us have more time doing the things we love. We know you have to work the pizza off.
We often get the butter sauce or jalapeno sauce to go with the pizza. You will definitely want to go for a run or hike after the pizza. We like the Hawaiian flavor and the pretzl flavor. Extra most best pizza is ok, but we usually get the normal pepperoni.
I am a fan of their lunch menu. You get a decent amount of pizza and a drink. This is during the workdays. The price is good too.
The wings used to be awesome. They seem like they keep getting smaller, and the sauce is not as good as it once was. The crazy bread is a classic. They have Pepsi which is perfect. I love getting a Mountain Dew and Pizza.
Little Ceasars Pizza is my favorite of the big pizza chains. Their fresh pizzas rarly dissappoint. This location is worth it.
On top of that, the staff are really nice. They are personable and will have a small chat, but not too much to make others wait. They get the food out quick. The location also looks clean.

Got food poisoning for a second time in a year and half from this place. I thought the first time was just a coincidence but now I’m convinced it’s something they’re doing wrong or not doing right. I love little C’s but I hate this location…

Horrible pizza and even worse customer service. Ordered the “Bestest” Italian Sausage pizza that costs $7.99 because of the extra sausage, the regular sausage is $5.99. The pizza we received had even less sausage than the regular $5.99 pizza. Went to the location and asked for another pizza, the manager and employee ganged up on me and refused to fix the issue. I showed them the picture of what the Extra pizza looks like online, they were mocking in their tone and said “Well, that’s just advertising.” They refused to do anything about it. Will NOT be returning here again.
