This is by far the BEST Little Caesar’s I have been to in Utah so far! I have come here for work lunch and to purchase for my children on many occasions. My family is a diverse family with rich culture and food roots that run deep with food flavor. The owners here make the Little Ceasar’s menu items with pride and full of flavor! The pizza crusts are always done to perfection and that Cheese pull is always satisfying! The perfect amount of toppings always. Also based on the many times I’ve come here their pizza is always fresh. If I ever had a need they are always willing to change things if needed. I have a allergy and they are always willing to make sure that is accommodated. Wonderful establishment with friendly and hard working staff!

Kid at the counter didn’t speak English very well. I wanted 1 pizza and was charged for 3. When I asked the young man for a refund he copped a fit and another gentleman had to come to the counter to see what the issue was. Kid continued his little fit and stomped off to the back. The older gentleman gave me the refund and I asked if I can still order the 1 pizza? Then the older gentleman got snide and asked if I was capable. This service here is awful. I won’t be back.

We have come to this little ceasers for years. Each time we’ve come its been great! Staff was helpful and always get our orders right! I have never had an issue here before. Friday night 02-06-26 was the absolute worst experience i have ever had here. We came in to pick up our order at the pickup station and only 2 out of our 5 things for pickup were there. We get in a line of 3 groups and the person at the counter was getting yelled at by i believe the manager. From what i could tell the customer was trying to let them know their order was wrong and they were just hoping to get it fixed. The guy was just straight up yelling at her like it was her fault. Me and everyone else in the store were just mind blown that an employee would be talking to a customer like this. He finally does something to help the customer out, but that in itself took about 5 minutes. Then it was another 3 minutes until he came back to help the next group. He wasn’t yelling, but this time he was just rude and obviously wanted nothing to do with helping that group. Finally it comes to our turn (which took probably about 15 min since we first arrived) and we start talking to him saying we ordered online and only got 2 out of our 5 things, but before we could even finish he just starts yelling whats the name. We told him twice. Either he wasn’t listening or doesn’t understand what we were saying, but he just kept yelling at us. Finally he understands and shows us our food thats been sitting around. He let us know that it didnt fit because of the other pickup orders. I would’ve been fine with that, but he made it seem like we were a disgrace to have even given them an order to make. I dont know what happened to the other staff this company used to have but those people are definitely gone because I have never been treated like this here before. Next time I want little Caesars I’ll just go to the one in Centerville. I am not coming here again until that guy is gone. I get it was busy and it could’ve been stressful, but ive done jobs that get busy and its really not that hard to stay kind. This was just unacceptable behavior for a manager or an employee.

This was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place. The restaurant in 689 n redwood road to be exact. We frequent the little caesars by our home often. I’ve had one other bad experience here but other then that it’s been fine. I made an online order for 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese pizza and 1 Hawaiian pizza. Got the order in the drive through should have checked it because when I got home I had 2 cheese 1 pepperoni pizzas. I called to ask if I could bring the second cheese back in exchange for my Hawaiian pizza I ordered. It took over 7 minutes for them to pick up the phone and it was the child that had handed me the pizza through drive through. He couldnt be older then 13 of 14. I tried explaining it to him over and over what was wrong and what I needed and finally the manager got on the phone. He was extremely rude to me. He told me that in order to get the correct pizza (that I paid for) he needed to “inspect” the entire order. That i needed to bring back all 3 pizzas for him to inspect. So I came back and the child looked at the pizzas, talked to the manager on the headset and took the cheese pizza and put it back on the shelf, and gave us a Hawaiian pizza. I asked to speak with the same manager and he refused to come talk to us. The child was so completely disrespectful, he refused to tell us the managers name and in the end the manager never came out to “inspect “ the pizzas. By the time we finally got home the first 2 pizzas we had to bring there and back home were cold. I will never go back to that location. First because a child was running the store, second because of how rude they were and third because the manager hid behind a little child instead of talking to the customers about their screw up. All I wanted was to switch the pizza for the right one because I have an autistic child that will only eat the Hawaiian pizza. That’s it. I wasnt mad they messed up the order but how they handled it was way out of line and the experience has completely put me off of ever going to that location again. Instead ill have to drive to a different town if we want to get the pizza my kids love. It was disgusting behavior. And to top it off they probably put the cheese pizza back in the warmer for the next poor customer who orders a cheese pizza. Absolutely sick.

Ordered 3 crazy bread and 3 sauce of course they only have 2, then I get my order, and the lady only gives me 1 sauce, then I’m sitting there waiting for a couple mins don’t see anyone so i start knocking on the window for 5+ mins trying to get my other sauce, and of course I have to pay for it. Jeeze, wasted my gas money and time the least you could do is give me a free fricken sauce. The crazy bread is always good though, no complaints on the food.

My experience was horrible, I went here to get my brother a pizza and I asked for a pepperoni cheese pizza when I got to the window it was a Hispanic man that looked around his late 40s, I paid and he handed me out 2 pizzas I politely told him that I only ordered 1 he told me no that I ordered 2 a pepperoni, and a cheese I corrected him and told him that I did not order 2 I only ordered 1. He then proceeded to tell me that next time I come through the drive-through to just say pepperoni pizza and he was telling me that with a lot of attitude and being very rude I then told him that I already paid so I’d be fine just taking both of the pizzas. He stared at me, rolled his eyes, brought the pizzas back in the window and started doing stuff with the computer. After sitting there for five minutes. He handed me one pizza out and said he refunded it but the whole time he was inside doing stuff with the computer. He was talking crap about me in Spanish not knowing that I speak Spanish. I went home and told my brother this and my brother has had issues with the same guy my brother told me that he rolls his eyes at my brother that he talks to him with attitude and he’s just a real very rude to my brother as well. After I talked to my brother, I checked my receipt and I found out he purposely charged me for for an extra most bestest instead of normal pepperoni pizza. I’m just now reading the reviews because I wanted to see other people have had this problem with this man and turns out people are. I’m not going back until this man is fired because it made me very uncomfortable with how rude he was.

We came in and got a pepperoni pizza and got home to discover the cheese and pepperonis were slightly crisp. I normally wouldn’t mind, but my son with severe non verbal autism, wouldn’t eat it. He is very sensitive on taste and looks. And sticks to repetition. Returned to the store and showed the staff the pizza. Aidan and Luis went above and beyond that the pizza was perfect! It might seem like a small thing, but in my life, it made a big deal!

I avoid Little Caesar’s as much as possible but with all my children, I end up getting it too often and at many different locations. HOWEVER, our family just ate at this location and it was the best tasting Little Caesar’s I’ve had in over 30 years!

The customer service here literally is so horrible. Will not be going to this location anymore. And the food is honestly not even worth going to this location always burnt and pizza never looks good like other locations do. Honestly do better.

I absolutely LOVE their Crazy Puffs – and they’re a good value!!!

My only complaint and lack of a 5-star review is that when I order ahead/online, I expect something hot&fresh when I arrive, not something that was already prepared at the time I ordered and sitting in the HotBox for 20 mins until my assigned pick-up time.

Usually, this location prepares fresh, so I was surprised they did this for an online/advance order (fine for someone just showing up and asking for them on the spot).

Too bad, because I was introducing co-workers to the Crazy Puffs for the first time; they were less impressed than they could/would have been, if they were as fresh as I expected !
