I usually go to the Berkley location but this was on the way and i came here against my better judgment and paid for it with a trash meal. First you gotta stand there for 2-3 min before anyone comes from the back and acknowledge you. There was hardly any cheese on the pizza, and must’ve rain out of butter and parm cause the pepperoni cheese bread and crazy bread was so dry. Either retrain staff to make food properly or shut this location down.

Pizza was good. Out of the eight, they all were gone by the time that the lions lost…. The people at Little Caesars helped this 85 year old great grandma with coming to my car, taking my card running it, and bring the pizzas to my car. Just so l wouldn’t have to take my walker out of my car. What a help that was!!! I will for sure go back again. The seniors where l live love pizza.

The best, most perfect pizza I have ever gotten from little Caesars was from this location today. the crust was thick and even, no thin spots like usual, pepperonis evenly spaced . counter guy opened the lid to show me the pizza when handing to me, like he was proud of the pizza, nice touch.

I have never seen a pizza look so disgusting in my life. I ordered online for the Oak Park location on 9 mile and ended up getting this location. I was hoping their food has improved but apparently not. New management with better customer service would be a start.

Today is a 10.16.2025. I was there this evening around 6:00 PM and bought a Hot ‘n’ Ready pizza. The employee, with her eyebrows raised high and a haughty, arrogant look, was looking for something outside the pizzeria and then came in and very rudely asked if I had been served. I didn’t see or hear anyone else inside. I said what I wanted and paid. She, the employee, didn’t notice her name, there was no name tag, and with an angry expression, carelessly threw the pizza on the table and went inside without offering a napkin or thanking me for my purchase. A very unprofessional, rude, and even arrogant employee. She shouldn’t be working with people, she should be serving them, milking cows and cleaning up after them on a farm. The pizza was fresh and hot. I was left with a very unpleasant impression of the service.

Tiny spot, took forever. I couldn’t help but wanna jump back there & start wiping down everything that was greasy. Man. Pick a day of the week & wipe down some of things we stare at while you make us stand there for 15 min hot & ready. Everyone in line was agitated, verbally. This review is just to remind me to keep driving next time. Bread sticks were doughy in the middle, like raw, gooey raw.

I came to this Little Caesars on Coolidge and I-696 because the Berkley location 1 mile up the street keeps a 30-45 min wait just to order via drive thru because the inside is closed. That is not the case at this location.
I placed a call in order for 3 hot and ready pizzas. When I got there they had just pulled them out of the oven. Got home and they were still hot. Employees were personable, especially Mario. Prices did increase on got and ready pizzas by 0.60 cents but it is what it is. Kids were pleased. All is well for the start of Christmas break.

This is the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. Crazy bread is always doughy and undercooked. Food never tastes fresh, always questionable.
Just got a hot and ready pepperoni today and it’s also undercooked and just overall gross. I feel sick now after a few slices. This place needs new management big time! Why did I give them another chance?
