Hot and ready 4-8pm is once again not true here and when asked why they advertise that it would be(time of our order was 6:40p) the worker got very upset and rude on the speaker. I’m guessing we aren’t the first to ask them this.

Overall experience felt like they were overwhelmed and two employees left during a pretty busy Rush I ordered pizza to pick up and waited 40 minutes I know it only takes about 10 minutes to cook their pizzas or less mine was a thin crust which would be about 5 minutes. That being said I understand when there’s rushes it will take more time but usually not more than 20 to 30 minutes. Little Caesars has grown to be more and more frustrating and not as appetizing. I understand the price is what you get for what you pay. I wouldn’t mind if they have the price if they changed if you want things but they upped the price and didn’t really change much.

I know it’s called “Hot and Ready”, but beware the “Dry, and Ready”. This occurs when you get something out of the warmer, and nobody has be verifying how long they’ve been in there. The slices looked like out of the box the last time I came here. I’m sad, because I usually like this branch, and I generally love little Caesar’s pizza (there’s just something about the sauce and the price point). I’ve ordered many times on the app without any major problems, but this is the second time where I go to get a pizza without using the app, and I get served a pizza that looks like this. It’s cheese has fallen off, and the crust is old and dry.

This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve been completely dissatisfied with our order! I even told them today to make sure our pizza had cheese covering the pizza and it came out with bubbles and hardly any cheese again and we order the most bestest… hate to see what the normal pepperoni looks like. Only the second half the pizza had cheese. Also over charged and didn’t give special rate, chicken wings looked mangled and crust was so dry is was crunchy! Worst place ever! I go to pg and never have had issues and we go often. These guys need training. Wasted $25 that I should have went to Pizza Hut with!

I don’t know why I keep coming to this location. I went in good faith hoping that this time would be different and they charged me for two crazy breads when I only ordered one and charged me for an entire Pizza that I never even requested. I went back after noticing the charge and they said they’d refund it and my food would be free for the day. I still have not received a refund and when I went back in to discuss it with the manager they told me that it had been refunded and it might just take longer to go back into my account. It has been a week now and I still have not been refunded and I’m going to have to dispute it with my bank. I was charged $30 when I in reality should have only been charged $15 for what I originally ordered. They are always rude and they are always wrong on my order. And every time I go in and ask if they have Italian cheese bread they never do. They never have anything ready that I want when it’s supposed to be hot and ready pizza. They are terrible and need to get it together it is the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The fact that I have yet to be refunded and was charged for food I didn’t even receive or verbally order feels like they pretty much just robbed me of money.

We were so glad the pretzel pizza were coming back. I don’t know what that was they served but it wasn’t pizza. A thin piece of cardboard with no cheese sauce on it 5 pepperoni on the whole pizza and no cheese. We were so totally disgusted that they would even call that pizza. It was absolute garbage and that’s where it belonged. And to think we were excited it was back. You can take that excuse for food back anytime.

We ordered pizza for pickup @5:45 and the didnt even start it till we arrived, they then told us that we would only need to wait 5 minutes. 45 minutes later we finally receive our order only to discover that they messed up and given us the wrong kinds of pizza. I would suggest taking your business to Domino’s or Pizza Hut instead.

Disgusted! I returned a pizza due to poorly made and they had the audacity to try and give me the same one when they were going to make a fresh one. They even put it back in the warmer incase someone ordered one when it had already been outside the store! I asked for pineapple on my pizza and it only had like 8 little pieces in the center not even on all of it. Never coming back to this location I wouldn’t want to get someone’s returned pizza not knowing if they touched it or not, not sanitary!
