4:40 pm on a Friday night no other customers I was told 15-20 minute wait…. So much for “hot and ready” for the cost of coming here and now this being the 3rd time I’ve been here and had to wait I probably should’ve just went to any other pizza place and got better pizza at the same cost and time. This place needs better management! Not recommended go elsewhere and get better!

Ugh This Guy
This pizza is an attack on common sense and a direct assault on the digestive system. It’s not even food; it’s a social experiment on how much a human can tolerate for both taste, price, and wait time.
It honestly tastes like a science project. If you’re on the hunt for an un-forgettable experience AND experiment, this is the place; you’ll be talkin’ about it with your doctor.

I’d give them 5 stars because I love their pizza but it’s not “Hot and Ready” like advertised and I have been coming here every week for MONTHS for our weekly pizza, it’s never been ready. 15 plus minute wait for a hot and ready and tonight they said at least 30 minutes….. it was 6:30pm…. Packed with people waiting and zero pizza available. It’s also been hit or miss with whoever is making the pizza . Sometimes it’s AMAZING and sometimes you can tell someone in the kitchen is struggling. Get stocked up for dinner guys. Cmon
Fix the issue and I’ll fix the rating.

This really is the worst little Caesars. Never hot, never ready and the staff SUCKS. And I don’t say that lightly. Saw a promo on TV and was like cool wanna try that, stop in and the guy tells me, “Uhhhh we don’t have that.” I look up and there is a promo on their menu. I point up and ask ….he turns and looks at it…”yeah we don’t have that”. Everything is 15-20 minutes they never have hot and ready items and this is not a busy place. The staff will stand there and argue over who borrowed ear buds and ignore customers. 0 out of 10 …never recommend.

I’ve never experienced such poor quality and customer service as I did at Little Caesars today. The food looked nothing like what’s advertised—tiny, misshapen, and downright unappetizing—and when I politely pointed it out, the employee snapped back with a sarcastic, attitude-filled “Fine, I’ll get you another one,” as though expecting basic quality was unreasonable. On top of that, his dress and overall demeanor did not inspire trust, making the entire situation feel uncomfortable enough that I left without my order entirely.

Go somewhere else. 30 minutes to wait for hot and ready and if you order ahead with a set pick up time, you’ll still wait 30 minutes. I want to speak with the owner about this place . The employees yelling profanities at each other, the slow wait, and the attitude towards customers is ridiculous. Not to mention the sanitation issues. Some long hair kid picks his nose and then hands me my pizza? Gross. Seriously, this place will be closed by the end of 2026 if they can’t figure out what hot and ready is supposed to mean.

We don’t order out for pizza often. However, Lil Ceasars has always been a legit preference.

Sadly, that’s all over now. Over the years we’ve given up on certain restaurants due to certain behaviors/poor service when ordering.

We are all human and not without error. So when items are forgotten in a food order, this is likely not an intentional act. It’s very annoying, but accidents happen. Once we’ve paid for an order the trust that every detail is maintained rests with the restaurants and the delivery drivers. When both entities fail to meet basic expectations, that can raise the level of frustrations.

Upon discovering that there was a missing item, we first addressed this with the individual who picked up/delivered the order. Sadly, the driver wasn’t able to return to Lil Ceasars due to other orders needing to be dropped off. So, we called them directly and was informed that if we came in with our receipt we’d be given the missing item.

Without any verbal or physical attitude, we complied. However, upon arriving….and showing proof, a single comment was shared from a staff member that “most people just do the refund.” No apology for the inconvenience, just some BS comment. Who cares what most people do? We ordered food and a beverage to go alongside our food. If we ONLY wanted/needed the food, we wouldn’t have added a drink to the order.

My husband took the drink (after the comment was made) and didn’t give a response to the ignorant comment. He just walked out in silence.

We spend our money, tip, and aren’t even given the basic courtesy of expecting to get ALL of the items we ordered. It was a date night and that is why we ordered in. No driving was desired, but ultimately happened. We weren’t even openly angry about this because mistakes do happen, which doesn’t warrant out of pocket behavior.

Idk what’s happened to the quality of service. Times are hard and eating out tends to get the backseat. Sometimes, you just want to treat yourself. A very simple mistake can be overlooked, but unnecessary BS is a bit much. We didn’t pay for that.

We deleted our account and won’t bother with this anymore.

Seriously shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a “hot and ready” or wait at all if I order to have it picked up. Going to take more than a free pizza to make me ever want to go back. I wonder what will go in this location when it closes… Spirit Halloween outlet maybe.

The highschool boys that work here during the week are absolutely incompetent. They are standing around, chatting, scrolling on phones, and joking with each other when they have a lobby full of customers waiting. When they finally interact with a customer, they’re irritated and short with them. It’s ridiculous.

Then when they quote 10-15 minutes for a wait, I actually have to wait 45 minutes for one single pizza.

We’ve been going in for the past two weeks and every time they say the same thing 30+ minute wait time so why are they advertising HOT N READY pizzas when there not. These locations in Idaho falls Idaho needs corporate attention asap. New management. A few of the management acts like they on one.
