Not the first time I get crazy bread and it always looks unappetizing, this is by far the worst! Why would you think it’s okay to even put this out all burnt and ripped up?? & the customer service these kids have.. seems like they might need to be rewarded in order to do a simple greeting! I went to the Jerome little Caesar’s and the lady (Brenda J.) didn’t greet me at all and seemed annoyed to take my order. Then she was extremely rude. And she overcharged me and when my husband went back in to get my money back that she owed me she was quite snippy to him as well. The costumer service was not good at all. I would put 0 stars but it won’t let me.

I was a little nervous as I ordered off DoorDash and it took a while for them to find a dasher that my pizza would be less than fresh. It wasn’t!! Honestly one of the best pizzas from a Little Caesar’s I have ever had. My app said that Jerome made it, so props!!!

It’s always hit-and-miss with this place. Sometimes you get great bread sticks and good pizza most of the time you get burnt bread sticks and gross pizza. And their hours are all over the place, they say they close at 8 PM we have been there before 8 and they’ve been closed and we have driven by after 8 and they’re still open. They are not always the friendliest staff, lots of times you’re met with some attitude from them when you order, almost like they are being put out because they have to do their job. The last time I was there it was 30 minutes before closing and the lady at the counter told my husband they had no pizza made and no bread made and she expected him to turn around and leave the store. He told her well I still need the food and she was mad that they had to make food. I’m sorry, it’s your job! Your store hours are clearly posted that means you will work and do what you’re supposed to do up until closing time. Just because you don’t want to work doesn’t mean you get to stop doing your paid job, It doesn’t matter if a customer walks in 30 minutes before or 5 minutes before you close your job is to help the paying customer.

It’s disappointing that this team can’t get a single order right ever. Ordered a stuffed crust with sausage and got a regular one.
