I called in my order so I wouldn’t have to wait. My order was simple. Pretzel pizza with no salt. They added the salt and I still ended up waiting. Also, maybe the staff there could act more professional at this establishment. This is not the first time I have had to hear yelling and screaming, doors slamming shut because staff are locking management out or doing other immature things. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have been buying little Caesars for as long as I can remember literally at least once a week, I personally don’t like the pizza my children an family does I’m getting so tired of buying burnt pizzas I’ve talked several times about this with the same employee who has never done anything about it I don’t usually make it a big deal I understand mistakes are made but I’m really getting sick an tired of these burnt pizzas I spend A LOT of money here an never have I been given even a discount let alone other pizza of course by the time I get home I’m exhausted an they never give a receipt it’s just getting old

This particular unit is very speedy and most of the time I don’t have any issues with custom orders. To date they have had every single order ready when they say they’re going to. I’ve been here at least a dozen times and they’ve only overcooked my food once. Usually a good deal, as per the norm of little caesars. The staff is usually good over the phone, but sometimes the front person needs a little more training. It’s always clean in there, and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I love the location. Very accessible and easy to find. The staff does a good job at portioning, too; I’ve never felt cheated.

Service was okay. I had to wait a while for someone to come to the counter to help me. Then they messed up my order. I ordered 3 pizzas, at least I thought I did. One Canadian. Bacon and pineapple, and two sausage and pepperoni. I received one pizza with all four toppings on it. If you just want the hot and ready pepperoni it is good, Anything special….not so good.

Tonight I picked up little Caesar’s and as me and my girlfriend are eating she says “is that a hair” and IT WAS!!! and it wasn’t our hair and I know this because I recorded a video of me pulling the hair and it is cooked inside the cheese and crust. Soooo grosss!!!! NO STARS AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!! People will wear a mask to protect against covid but won’t put a hair net on ♀️ I had to put a 1 or else I couldn’t post.

Been years since I’ve had LC. Called ahead at 3:45pm to get the scoop on their hot and ready deals. Was told pizzas were ready and the cheese bread would be up at 4pm. Walked in the door at 3:59pm and…no bread. What should have been a two minute in and out turned into a 20 minute wait. The food was about what I expected (for cheap pizza) but was pleasantly surprised with the wings. Overall…slightly below average due to the wait.
