Zulema the “general manager” was such a disgusting human being. I called about how my pizza was raw in the middle, and she asked why I didn’t just fed it to my children. She cussed at me over the phone. She wasn’t listening to me, was so rude. I would not recommend this place. She should not be a manager

First time going to this Little Caesars and won’t be going back. We got a hot and ready and it definitely was not hot. It looked to be very old and/or way over cooked. It literally hurt my jaw to chew it because it was so hard. Not what I’m used to from Little Caesar’s.

Picked up a Hot Ready Sausage pizza tonight about 5 pm. Got home and this could have been a pizza from yesterday for all I know. Crust was hard, cheese was so stiff and the sausage was minimal and dried up. This not the norm for Little Caesars.

This order was underwhelming, as it tends to be when picking up from this location. Ordered pretzel crust and received normal crust coated in the salt. Not to mention the pizza dough was not fully cooked. The boxes are drenching with oil, bottom of the pizza is basically wet. Disappointing

PLEASE read, it’s about more than pizza, and being ‘right or wrong’ as a customer in some scenarios:
This experience was pretty frustrating. Paid over $20 with tip for a pretty modest-sized, undercooked to the extent of being nearly-raw, pizza. Very frustrating/discouraging. After the first bite, called and spoke with Vulema C., who said she was the store manager when I asked for assistance/wanted to correct an easily-remedied scenario. She refused to offer a refund and asked that I take the effort/spend more time and energy to come back to the location, to show that the pizza/product was raw and “return” it. I had just given my dog anxiety medicine for looming thunderstorms/fireworks and explained that this wasn’t possible. It felt like Vulema was telling me that she didn’t believe me. :0
I was able to cook the pizza again in my home oven, later in the day, just by the slice vs all at once, which was better than nothing, and realized I am grateful to have the ability to do so, to have a place to be safe, to have food, period. The food didn’t go to waste, and I called back around 1:05 to tell Vulema that I found a solution and wanted to explain I was really stressed about doing the right thing by my dog, and I was worried, but really wanted to let her know that maybe I overreacted, I wasn’t sure, but people matter, too. The phone rang, no answer, which was a bummer, because I really wanted to tell her that if I was rude to her, it was because I was worried about my dog and the storms, and to apologize, to tell her I found a solution, and she was probably just trying to do her job. I just wish we could have talked about it together. Right now, the news is covering yet another mass shooting, 5 killed in Philadelphia, 2 children, twins, shot with their mother, now hospitalized. It breaks my heart. The big stuff matters, the little stuff doesn’t. I am trying to remember to stay grateful and try to be humble, even if you disagree with someone. Our world needs more healing, not complaints. I hope Vulema answers my call maybe later on, even if she sees my number come up on the ID. I want to tell her I appreciate that she tried, even if I disagreed. I think we all need each other, a lot more than we may realize. We are all on the same team; we just have to open our eyes, ears, hearts, spirits…and see how true it is. Thanks for reading this.♡

I would give this place a 0/10 if I could. We got food from them 4/13 from the hot n ready. Definitely had been sitting there for a while. The cheese looked old. Lo and behold, my family had food poisoning symptoms the next day with my oldest daughter getting the brunt of it. I called 4/14 to speak to a manager to request a refund and have not heard from anyone. I was told they’d pass my message along. I have again not been contacted by the manager. I think after a certain amount of time the pizza needs to be thrown away. I have continued to call and the phone just rings. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers

Paid extra for 2x mushrooms and this is what I got… 10 pieces of mushroom. Tried calling to resolve the issue, however their voicemail-box is full and the call would not go through. I also had to cook the pizza longer as the dough was borderline still raw. Do better!

Took a pizza home and it was undercooked and cold.. cheese wasn’t even melted. I live 30 min away and called in.. literally told me I had to bring the pizza back so they can confirm it’s undercooked. What a disappointment. Don’t shop here. Looking at reviews this is done often. Beware. They won’t even make it right without inconvenience you even more then they already did.

This pizza is WAY better than it should be for the price you pay. Their Deep Deep Dish is my favorite. The online ordering is easy and the pick-up is smooth. I don’t interact with the staff but I really appreciate their work.
