I just ordered two large pizzas with some bread and pepperoni puffs through Uber Eats and I only got the bread and the puffs, are you guys serious? How the heck you do not prepare two FULL pizzas when the order clearly said it!? The poor driver was just apologizing and saying that that was the only thing with my name at the restaurant, he even show me the inside of his car and the picture he took when he received the order, he even offered me to pay for my order, I TOTALLY SAID NO because it’s the restaurant Little Caesars 7777 W 38th Ave the one who should pay for all these, I tried to contact the app to see if there’s anyway to get a refund, meanwhile I’ll post this review to let people know that they should not buy anything from here since I’m not the only one apparently who is complaining because of this kind of situation

Love this pizza. The stuffed crazy bread hots every single time. And the new crazy puffs, FIRE! The employees are always very friendly, sometimes there’s some strange people there but that’s most likely everywhere you go. I’ll continue going here about once a week for probably a long long time.

We just went here and specifically ordered 4 boxes of pizza to collect the fantastic 4 boxes and they sat there and smiles and said they would do it, and then in a rush to just make the pizzas and get us out they just gave us four of the same boxes. It was Maria T. who rushed and we asked twice. Like are you okay in the head? We didn’t get four pizzas for $60 for nothing. It might not mean a damn thing to the workers but it means something to others and that’s what customer service is about. I’ve worked at pizzas and work in fine dining now. This was just a pathetic mistake and we drove 20 minutes to experience disappointment. I’ll make it clear that they make it right next time I even dare to spend my money on this specific location. Step your crew up. It’s not so hard to work at a pizza place.

Got there at 9:30 (30 min venue close) and they wouldn’t bother making a cheese pizza. They clearly wanted to close right at 10, but a whole 30 min before when it only takes 10 min to make a pizza is just bad service.

My daughter, who lives in Texas, was trying to do something nice and special for me and order delivery since today hadn’t been the greatest day. Not only that, I’m unfortunately homeless but was blessed with a voucher for a couple days…. So this was supposed to be a nice warm meal for me for the first time in a while. It’s 8:15pm. My order was supposed to have been delivered by 6:19pm as Little Caesars advertises they will deliver right to my front door. They actually contract with Door Dash. I’m which it seems as though, the driver picked up my food, that my daughter paid for, and then cancelled the order, deciding to keep it. Little Caesars accepted no responsibility, had no compassion, and basically could care less as I was told from the Supervisors mouth, “Ms. Maria”, “they did their part in cooking the order and she has to let me go to tend to her customers and she will try to reach Door Dash.
No integrity, no accountability, nothing. I guess because I’m homeless, I’m not a customer? I mean hey, what’s another day without eating, right? I am absolutely disgusted with this Little Caesars location. And I’m still hungry and still, they haven’t refunded my daughter’s money.
