Ordered a pepperoni pizza with bacon added and received a plain cheese pizza instead. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, and it was too far of a drive to go back for a refund. The night crew is consistently terrible—this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. I’d recommend going to McDonald’s or the Taco Bell across the street instead.

Disregard the bad reviews. People have too high expectations, this is fast food pizza this isn’t NYC. But this location has great quality food and great service for pies on the fly. If you’re from the midwest the thin crust is great! Friendly employees and they care.

So this place closes at 10pm. We tried to order from the app at 9:05. Unfortunately they won’t allow you to order from the app nor order at the counter any coupons that they advertise on the app after 9pm. This seems absolutely absurd. This store lost $20 since we didn’t order on the app and was forced to order reg menu. Totally frustrating and I will NOT be getting pizza from here again.

I’ve ordered a couple times from this address. Every single time I get my food delivered they are either missing a soda or something major within the order order. They’re able to refund me but every single delivery I get from this Pacific address is either missing something and it’s utterly frustrating. If you’re ordering DoorDash or Uber eats absolutely do not order from this address. They are going to not give you something that you ordered.

Friendly, attentive Service. However, I ordered a thin crust cheese, pepperoni & mushroom pizza, mushrooms were not portioned properly. And for the price charged I expect to see mushroom. The overhead on pizza ingredients is miniscule. The portion on this pizza would of measured out to cover a half order not a whole pizza. Maybe managers get bonus for controlling product & waste control. I understand that. I ran a deli. However, cheating your customers is not a skill set you want to start out with or teaching those under you. Order your provisions properly and according to your previous sales. If this keeps up, you won’t have sales at all.

I went at lunch 12:00 and still got my pizza fast. The service was great. It’s very clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful considering I had to pay half cash and half with a card and did not mind doing that at all. So if you’re in the neighborhood and need a quick dinner or a fast lunch I highly recommend this place.

Your employees refuse to take orders a hour before closing so they can leave at 10 on the dot somebody needs to teach them that part of a fast food job is taking orders till your closed not refusing orders so you can leave right at closing. Your shift ends when you complete all your task that doesn’t mean refuse orders so you can get everything done and leave at exactly 10

The place was spotless and well-maintained. I decided to go for a cheese pizza and was informed that it would take around 8 minutes. To make myself more comfortable, I chose to wait in my car as it was better for my back. Kalie, the general manager (apologies if I misspelled the name), went above and beyond by personally delivering the pizza to me. I was genuinely touched by this act of kindness and it truly made my day!
