Recently moved to this side of town by this location and I will have to say it’s the worst one I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived in ep my whole life! Everytime the pizza is disgusting but we manage, but tonight really had it for me. First I ordered the new “stuffed crust that has Parmesan cheese on top, as well as cheese” picked it up and no parmesan on crust like detailed, so I call and speak to the manager and she says to bring it back and she’ll have a fresh one ready. The pizza she was trying to give me was so undercooked it instantly folded, and she tried to say “it’s cooked” it’s so thin and undercooked it’s not EDIBLE! NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT, this isn’t your first bad review. I will make sure I relay this to everyone I know!! That’s how deeply I feel about the way the situation was handled. Please stay away from location! JVs pizza is better and less then a 3 min drive from this place.

Was allowed to order exactly what we want. 2 hot N ready pizzas. Was glad not to have to switch to a different pizza place to get what we want. This location is clean and staff is amazingly nice. Friendly and helpful. This store should be the role model for their other El Paso locations. Never force a customer to order a product. I’d rather pay $7 for a hot n ready than be forced to eat the extra most barfness pizza. This location is very american in that the customer is allowed to order what they want not be forced into what a company wants for you. Pizza looks aesthetically pleasing. Very tasty. Best location.

I’m tired of this place. I used to love eating here. They don’t care how they run the place I put an online order and of course I expect to wait for the pizza I waited 30 minutes to get old pizza. I opened it up and was thinking well it is little Caesars. But it tastes like it was made an hour ago. It’s like kids are running this place. I sent a picture and yes I took a bit and it was my only bite. This is my last time getting anything there. You can tell they don’t care about their quality. For now on jvs cause even though I wait the same amount it’s not old pizza. Sorry jvs I’ll see you soon.

My pizza was much better than expected. I must admit my only.experince with Little Caesar’s was from Washington State and it left a lot to be desired. My pizza was so good, I was eating the crust which I’ve rarely done.
The staff was nice and pleasant and my food came out promptly. My only issue was they didn’t have a public restroom. I do understand. The restaurant is tiny with no dining in. I’ll definitely return.

Each of the 3 different cashiers never greet me and give me dirty looks. I am polite and kind yet they look at me as if I am a bother. One is Lucia C who looks as if she hates her job and her attire is unprofessional. Very unpleasant. All three cashiers are unpleasant actually. The pizza I get is basically reheated and tastes stale. The atmosphere is one where you would think that no one works there. Hardly anyone is upfront to greet customers. I guess Lucia and her staff hate to face their customers. Please quit your job, folks.
