I don’t ever write reviews but get a load of this everyone….
Got a thin crust pizza and Detroit style cheese pizza. They forgot to add tomato sauce to the Detroit pizza. So we called the store and were told to bring the pizza back to get a refund. Once we brought the pizza back they said they can’t give us a refund because we didn’t bring in the thin crust pizza that was made correctly??? Apparently the GM does not approve partial refunds. We were told to go back home to get the pizza that was made correctly and return that as well to get a full refund!! We were told to call a service number since we ordered online. we called while we were there and the number would hang up when you chose an option. We asked to speak to the GM and they said to come back Tuesday because he wasn’t in until then. We wasted 1 hour driving there, waiting for the GM that doesn’t work till Tuesday, just to be told they cant refund a pizza that was made incorrectly. What a joke, do better.

Tired and no late lunch so pizza it was. Ordered on the app and drove over and the pizza was ready and very hot! Got it home and WOW great pizza and hot at that. Made our day! Thanks Little Caesars Pizza for an outstanding pizza!

The worker that was working tonight 12-29-25 was alone and was working hard a line of cars showed up and he was still hustling working drive thru and making pizzas. My review is a 2 stars cause of him but MANAGEMENT must be atrocious to have one employee working a closing shift… if I was him I would find some way to sue. If another employee called in then guess what the MANAGER should show up no questions asked.

Constant Pizzas, however I feel like management refuses to schedule enough workers. Two people or even one person working while there’s a line of cars outside. This makes orders take way too long and you see the employees rushing to try and get everything done for everyone

The food is consistently good. We get pizza there about once a week because it’s my granddaughters favorite pizza. I prefer the spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread. The s staff is friendly, polite, and always remember my little granddaughter and speak to her which makes her feel really special. You can not beat the prices, the store is clean, the service is fast. The stuffed crust pizza is the best stuffed crust I’ve ever had.

Horrible Service!! I The pizza was supposed to be ready at 7 pm. I got there at 7 pm.
I waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. At 7:41 the guy at the window tells me to pull to the front and wait for my order. My pizza was never made! I told him I had my confirmation.
So it took 20 minutes to tell me that my pizza was not made! Make that make sense!
No apology to me! Or nothing! My best friend had to go talk to them.
I just don’t understand how I can be in line for 20 minutes and they didn’t say anything.

The worst little caesars ever, they will literally lie to you just to make a sale, showed up at 4:15 and got offered a three meat combo, was charged extra for the sauce without me knowing and even though i asked if the three meat pizza was ready and even after they stated it was ready and had not to wait, after receiving my ticket, i was told to park in the front and wait for my pizza. Been here for over 15 minutes. If i knew i was going to wait i would of gotten a pizza worth the wait. This is the only place in El Paso that will lie to your face in order to make a small sale. For a place that made its name on “hot and ready” and “$5” pizza I consistently have to wait 20+ minutes for pepperoni pizza that costs more than $5. I’m sick of the pull up and wait in the front culture fast food restaurants have now. If I have to wait in a drive though (which is suppose to be faster) I’m going to wait at the window, not in the front where I have been consistently left for over 20 minutes and only received my food when I complained.

Skip this location! Look at the reviews. They don’t know how to make pizza. After LC kept advertising ( FB & TV Comercial) their Detroit deep dish pizza I decided to give it a try and it was literally messy under baked dough balls! Ewwww!!!
