Got a thin crust pizza and Detroit style cheese pizza. They forgot to add tomato sauce to the Detroit pizza. So we called the store and were told to bring the pizza back to get a refund. Once we brought the pizza back they said they can’t give us a refund because we didn’t bring in the thin crust pizza that was made correctly??? Apparently the GM does not approve partial refunds. We were told to go back home to get the pizza that was made correctly and return that as well to get a full refund!! We were told to call a service number since we ordered online. we called while we were there and the number would hang up when you chose an option. We asked to speak to the GM and they said to come back Tuesday because he wasn’t in until then. We wasted 1 hour driving there, waiting for the GM that doesn’t work till Tuesday, just to be told they cant refund a pizza that was made incorrectly. What a joke, do better.
Atrocious management
They have a great employee in there and they are taking advantage.
I waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. At 7:41 the guy at the window tells me to pull to the front and wait for my order. My pizza was never made! I told him I had my confirmation.
So it took 20 minutes to tell me that my pizza was not made! Make that make sense!
No apology to me! Or nothing! My best friend had to go talk to them.
I just don’t understand how I can be in line for 20 minutes and they didn’t say anything.
