Well, I live close to this location so I’ve visited this location 3 times since living in El Paso and I promise you that they always seem to mess up my order every time I’ll never visit this location again I’ll drive farther down Mesa to their other location. My experience with this location has been terrible so I decided this time to contact the Manager about the problem and she offered to replace my order whenever I decide to stop by. To be honest with you I just think that the cashiers don’t listen to the customers when they’re ordering their food. Steak puffs were nothing but cheese. Portion of the steak is unbelievable but I guess you get what you pay for I broke them open to see where the meat was

Don’t order delivery from the Little Caesar’s app as the store doesn’t check if the order is correct and blames Door Dash. Store Mgr Mario said that it’s not his problem even though he said he gets complaints about incomplete deliveries all the time. Hold your partners accountable, don’t just take the money and say it’s not your problem.

I ordered a special (Shown in pictures) and with the extra cheese should not have totaled $17.04. It should have been $12.72 including tax at most. I asked why the price difference. They said they don’t have that promotion at this store. It was on their drink case. An employee earlier in the night also told me that the price should be around $12 so I don’t understand how they can say they don’t have that special. I understand it’s less than $5 but every penny counts. This is a splurge right now for me. I didn’t even get snippy until he got an attitude and apparently lied and said we don’t have that here.
Also, it was not totally done. Some of the cheese was not melted.

If I could give 0 stars I would I went in asking for a simple deep dish pizza left with nothing but an overcharge the employees have no clue on what they’re doing and they got a smart ass attitude, im not one for writing bad reviews but this place definitely did it wasted my time, Money and I got nothing the wrong order that I was given also didn’t even look appetizing at all!

I specifically told the cashier that I wanted their pepperoni puffs and that I was willing to wait and I also order a pepperoni pizza which i also told him that I wanted fresh since I was waiting already. Well he gave me one of the old pizzas that they have ready, and I didn’t bother to look because I trusted that he would give me a fresh pizza. Anyways ! Horrible customer service! By the way it was barely 10:05 pm and they close at 11.

I just want to say that I was in today and the two young gentleman that were working during lunch hour were amazing. They had a lot of orders, and big orders and they handled everything very professionally. They made sure to acknowledge everyone that came in, and even apologized for the wait time even tho that was something that was out of their control. Very good job gentlemen, and I hope you’re proud of the work ethic you have at such a young age
