Always pretty good service at this location. The Hot and Ready pizzas lately have been baked just a little too long, the cheese and crust is browned a little too much. Takes away from the cheesiness of the pizza. Although it’s still is fresh and well presented. Customer service is great… Courteous, prompt and efficient.

Placed an online order and waited 45 minutes and they still hadn’t put one of the pizzas in. The manager, Ari, was anything but helpful and very incompetent (couldn’t even figure out how to void the order). She could care less that I was waiting there for 45 minutes and still walked out with nothing. I understand mistakes happen. But how a manager owns up to those mistakes is what matters. Ari accepted no responsibility and blamed it on other employees. Clearly she doesn’t know how to be a manager. I know it’s hard to get good help these days, but they promoted the wrong employee. I ended up ordering from a different little Caesars and had a great experience at that one. Will never go back to this location again.

Absolutely the worst personal in the world. We got a terrible pizza and called the manager. She said to Brigitte in and they would replace the same. Said she would write our name down and we could come any time. Went by, name noon list, no pizza. Furthermore today’s manager was grossly misinformed about the previous night’s conversation and informed us, “THERE IS NO WAY I’M GIVING YOU ANOTHER PIZZA”. Told us to call corporate if we had a problem. Recommend everyone avoid this “TOXIC” establishment

Very busy place and of course, needing employees. But the girl in charge was doing a super job of directing the 3 employees she did have! Ultimate Supreme pizza was just as delicious tonight as the first time we got it 2 weeks ago. Highly recommend 34th & Bell Little Caesars! !

This is my first time ordering from this little Caesars && it was the worst experience ever!!! First mistake was online delivery. The door Dasher sucked balls and didn’t get the whole order. Which he told me to call and get a refund. I called little Caesars and they say they can’t do anything about it. I ordered from your business and you can’t fix my order?? Really was just missing a few things but after getting my order cold af & missing items, we still ended up wasting 60 dollars worth of food because once it’s out of little Caesars hands there’s nothing they can do about it…

Nothing works here, including the fixtures! Drive-thru speaker hasn’t worked in months, lights are always out (looks closed), employees aren’t attentive when you pull up to the window to order; they hide and wait hoping you’ll drive off. People have a choice, just go somewhere else!

Thank you for not cutting any of my pizzas. I really appreciate it a lot having to use a plastic butter knife to cut it. What’s even better is the other day I saw them taking a pizza out to someone as I was driving up at 7:30pm and as I pulled up to the speaker there was no answer, I then pulled up to the window and someone said that they were closed. If you think about going to this location don’t. The one on coulter is 10x better.
