Went in to pick up my pizza and while i was waiting i witnessed a customer be extremely rude to the employee. The shocking part of all of this was that the employee kept his cool and was extremely professional about the situation. I know jobs like these are relatively small but I just want to recognize that one employee and say thanks for getting my order out quickly and being helpful.

So like for some reason the pretzel crust is a scam?? We got a pretzel crust, paid the extra two dollars for it..and it didn’t come with it being a pretzel crust?? Apparently, the only difference is the pretzel crust is butter and salt. We went back to the restaurant and they didn’t do anything other than tell us that the pretzel crust is the same as the regular crust. So…why is the picture different?? Make it make sense. I guess Little Caesar’s has gotten a little lazy. :/

Just left there will never go back here again. When I walked in I can hear them all in the back and I wait 5 minutes no one comes to the front but I hear them laughing and talking in the back it’s not like it’s a far distance and I can see them as well. The door chimes when a customer walks in they knew someone was there an easy “we will be right with you” is better business practice. If they can’t even afford that I definitely won’t eat their food.

Ordered a stuffed crust peperroni pizza online when I arrived i was told they didn’t have stuffed crust and could only offer me a regular crust pizza whats the point of offering something online (and paying more for it!) if you cant deliver in person smh didn’t even offer me a discount

Every time I come in it’s the same bad attitude employee. She seems to purposely go slower and offended as people come through the door. Clearly visible pizzas out in the open getting cold while she takes orders on the phone. Shouldn’t have to deal with melodrama just to get a pizza. Ridiculous.

Employees there are extremely rude(especially the girl with red hair). She can’t respond in a nice manner she acted of my presence was bothering her. I don’t know her. She also proceeded to toss my food over the counter to me and couldn’t hand it or place it on the counter like a mature person. She has real issues and should be taught to be at least somewhat bearable to have an interaction with even as little as an online order pickup.

This was my first time trying this location out. I only learned of this location the other day. I ordered on the app, and that was a quick and easy process. I ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was ready as soon as I got there. This location was clean, and the employee at the counter was friendly. The pizza and crazy bread were good and nice and hot still when I got home with it.

I do not and will never understand why many little ceaser locations, specifically this one, these employees look at you weird if you ask for more sauce in a container, when i pay for a marinara sauce, i expect it filled right up to the rim, just as i payed for, it truly is not much to ask for, and most definitely does not take a lot out of your day to comply and do your job and do what a customer asks you, unless you’re sick and tired of your job, then dont work there. I went in today and the lady at the front does not seem professional, she has manners, just not professional, and could not simply do her job and fill up the container all the way like i paid for. If you care about little things like this i dont suggest going to this location. Heres a photo of the sauce, like how are you going to stand there and tell me this is full.. they ALMOST got it, if they did i wouldnt have to ask them to fill it more.
