The food is always good. It’s standard Little Caesar’s food. The issue with this location is how incredibly slow it is. I’ve gone twice and ordered ahead one of the times. It takes at least 45 minutes on a weekend. I DO NOT blame the employees. The workload is insane considering the amount of online orders they receive concurrent with the in person orders. They need more people. It’s that simple.

I stood in their really hot store for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. It was like 5:30 pm and there was nobody else in line. 4 separate workers saw me, I made it obvious I wanted to place an order, all the workers seemed to be working on anything but taking my order like that was not their job. I just left.

Never fails I have been to this location several times and they’re always shorthanded and orders take longer than required time or time stipulated on app. Today ordered an hour ahead of time and got here to be told, sorry they’re still working on it and it’s not their fault, they only have 3 on staff!! How frustrating for them and the customers! Whoever owns this franchise clearly doesn’t care! I love lil Caesars but won’t be coming back. This isn’t the 1st , it happens every time I’ve come here. What a sad business owner you are !!

I haven’t gone to Little Caesars in years. However, I ordered it Saturday night for a Christmas event and then again on Sunday and the pizza was hot and delicious. Very well-made. Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back

Worst Little Caesars in Texas. Manager had four customers in the lobby that were there for 10 minutes before I got there and waited 10 minutes just to be told by a voice in the back say they were on the way. The customer in front of me had ordered a pizza an hour prior. Hopefully the franchise owners address this issue. 2.5 overall rating for a pizza joint is very sad. Good luck

The last time We ordered @ the drive thru, Little Caesars light went out.
We pulled up behind the car before us.
I said to my son, “it looks like they’re closing and gave our food to those ppl in front of us.” He said, “Could be”
Whn we pulled up to the window to pay and receive our order Someone came to the window and said, “We’re Closed”
Ok, like I said ,”It’s been years”. That being said
I keep seeing these pretzel crust pizza from Little Caesars and Here I go back on My words.
Got two Pretzel crust pizzas and wouldn’t you know, Salty Flat Bread Pizza.
I understand now.

The slowest Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. They always take so long every time I order from here it’s insane! I don’t know how it takes so long to make a regular pepperoni pizza but it definitely shouldn’t take this long.

Was initially hesitant to visit this Little Caesar’s due to past reviews mentioning issues with hot and ready availability, poor food quality, and bad customer service. However, I decided to take a chance, and I’m glad I did! The atmosphere was lively with good music, the customer service was excellent, and the pizza was delicious. As you can see from the photo, the flavor was spot on! Plus, there were plenty of hot and ready pizzas—I walked in and right out. A much better experience than expected!

Dominoes can deliver a pizza to your house faster than this Little Caesars can make you a “hot and ready”. Yes, you read that correctly. I tested this theory by placing an order for a pepperoni pizza at the exact same time I ordered a pizza, wings, and bread sticks to be delivered by Dominoes. The update is, I am still standing in the Little Caesars for now 50 min while my dominoes was delivered 20 minutes ago… lol.
Update: While I’ve been standing here a hand full of people have been yelling at the workers because they’ve been waiting even longer than me.
Update #2: in the last hour they have made 1 pizza. lol It was a single pepperoni pizza which costs $7. They had 4 workers doing that… how is this place in business? lol
Update #3: I got my pizza! Moral of the story, don’t bother going to this location unless you just love standing in the waiting area for close to an hour.

I wish the app provided an accurate pick up time. It seems I’m always waiting an extra 20-30 min and half the time they forget a pizza topping or the crazy bread is stale. We used to order from here all the time but it’s becoming less convenient.
