Always fresh and cooked to order. Food is reasonably priced and it isn’t your typical fast food. I love the variety and the staff is always pleasant. They remember loyal customer’s and it’s an old school feel to the way customer service used to be.

Back again and like I said before. Every time I go here the food is super fresh and extra hot so even when I get home it’s still hot!! Fries are always fresh and seasoned to perfection. Service with a smile and fast. Depending on what you order there’s no waiting time.

Craving conch stopped in while visiting Fla. I was disappointed when i pulled up, the eatery does not look inviting even after walking inside i was still 2nd guessing. It wasn’t as clean & the bathroom smelled horrible. I ordered Conch & shrimp combo w/a side of hush puppies & mango slushy. The young black guy was nice & the food was hot fresh & tasty. I had NO complaints whatsoever. All was eaten & seasoned perfectly. Plenty of free parking. I spent roughly $30 for the meal

I’ve never seen anything like this before for starters this place looks like a prison. The workers are boxed in and they have little holes to hand you the food. The workers treat people like prisoners and they are the guards. If one yells, the rest starts to yell too. Very terrifying and intimidating environment, and I don’t intimidate easily.

Absolutely love this place and love the fact that it’s literally up the street from my godparents house.I no longer live in Miami Gardens,I now live in Orlando.Haven’t found a chicken place quite like hooks.So every time I return,I have to have it.Love that the wings and fries are always piping hot and fresh.The lemon pepper sprinkles take it up a notch.The Lemonade and fruit punch flop is also top tier!I usually get just the wings but I got the seafood in my last visit about 2 weeks ago and they did not disappoint.

Disappointed and dissatisfied, I ordered chicken wings and 2 of them were still bloody and I drove 40 mins out just to get this food. Sad experience and I won’t be coming back because they couldn’t even accommodate.
