I’m going to amend my review. I’m going to leave my original review up because pulling it down doesn’t show the whole situation. And I believe good reviews should show the results as well. I want to call out Marcus the G.M. for handing my situation with the greatest compassion and understanding. He has made things right. Unfortunately I still will not return to this location but maybe now going forward things will turn for the better.

I ordered on the app, for pick up ahead of time. Knew I was there earlier and just sat back until the male employee this evening asked what order I was waiting on. At that point I looked up at the portal and was like awesome I’m here for that order right there. Grabbed my order and proceeded to home. And not everyone stays 2 mins from Lockhart. I expect not a hot pizza but I expect correctly prepared and properly heated pizza.

So I’ve paid for this meal for my family and it wasn’t anything we order. I’m going to say as far as I’m concerned this isn’t a “ I’ll check my order next time” ; It’s the “I’ll never go to this ocation ever again” moments. I do t suggest this location one bit. I’ve been trying to contact the store and have been placed on the counter hearing the whole stores conversations. 32 mins and counting.

I order for delivery, which it was ok. I order a pepperoni pizza, pepperoni crazy puffs, and a liter Pepsi. T he puffs were burnt couldn’t even eat it. The pizza was a mix af thick crust pizza and thin crust pizza also hard and nasty.

Don’t order from this place. They don’t deserve the business. I placed an order on line an hour ahead and when I arrived I was told they were working on. After waiting for about 10 minutes I received a call from them that they didn’t have ham for the pizza. I realized that the person on the phone was right across from me. I asked how long before the rest of the order would be ready,at this time it was passed order time. I was told 7 to 10 minutes I just asked for a refund because at that time I had been over an hour since I had placed my order.

Place is ran by kids, floors are dirty, no type of customer service, if you happen to scroll upon this review don’t waste your time on this place, go find somewhere else to eat! I waited for someone to come and greet me at the register to take my order, a kid made eye contact and walked away, then waited an additional 40mins + for my basic meal, if you wait inside, you’ll be hearing the 10 year olds laughing in the back instead of doing their job. Ridiculous.

Do not go to this Little Caesar’s! I DoorDash on the weekends to make a little extra cash, and anytime I have to pick up an order from here I immediately regret it.
Every order I pick up from there takes over half an hour. Doesn’t matter if you call it in early or if you order online. EVERYTHING COMES OUT LATE. The service is horrendous as well. I will be waiting for help at the counter for 10 minutes and I will be completely ignored.
Do yourself a favor and order from Dominos.

My family & I just moved here. I came in last night 01/28/2026 for the 1st time and was completely ignored. Everyone kept on laughing, goofing off, cussing. Till finally 1 male asked what I’d like, I ordered but then he walks off to tell a female that he’s clocked out. Nobody wanted to assist me & just continued on about there business so I left.

We went in on 9/8/2025 to just get a pizza and there were only 2 people working in there. That wasn’t the issue the young man at the counter was doing everything in his power to make everyone in there happy. I had no complaints for him it was his manager was the problem. He first was ignoring the people in the store and would not even look up or acknowledge anyone. When he finally did come to the front he was handling money doing something behind the counter and I watched him right after that go to the fridge/freezer in the back and grab raw pizza dough with his bare hands after handing money just moments prior. The kitchen was also very nasty the floor looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time. This place definitely needs to do better just NASTY
