I think we were taken care of by the owner and he was so nice! Subs were hot and delicious.
The small sandwiches may be the cheapest but they are SO small, just a snack size and overpriced. I’d recommend spending just a little more and getting twice the sandwich.

The best part about this visit was that my husband who was in the Navy for 10 years got a free drink for being a veteran. That was the first time someone did that. My husband is old school so he mixing different drinks together. Can you say kamikaze? Mix a few different drinks together. He loves it and it’s a fun guessing game on what sodas I use for him. Note to self. Never mix grape together. Too over- powering.

I’m sorry to say the sandwiches are getting very disappointing guys! They shrunk soooooooooooooooo much. C’mon now, higher prices smaller subs. I am out guys good luck staying open serving nothing, because many of us can make our own sandwich better and cheaper.

Friendly personal service, quick food.
My draw back was probably my fault, I ordered a Philly steak and cheese, they asked if peppers and onions were OK… of course they are. Then I bite into it and it’s coveted in mayo… I about puked. My fault for not reading the menu, but who puts mayo on a steak and cheese… it was not edible, and there was no scraping it off.
Did notice they had a hotsauce bar though.

Yeah yeah yeah, so I’m a big foodie and I’m giving a chain restaurant review. But ya know what?! THE PIZZA SUB SMACKS HERE. Also, service is always good and the cashier told me I could get more sub for less money if we rang things up a certain way, so props to her for that After all that, had to leave a review!

I don’t go to Firehouse sub often but received a great coupon on my T-mobile app that I couldn’t pass up. The store was very busy with only 3 employees but they were doing a absolutely amazing job with counter orders along with call in orders. Great sandwich

Did not include my brownie in order. Did not have gravy for French dip, but did not say anything to me. After waiting 15 minutes past the pickup time, I asked them about status of my order and they finally said there was no gravy. They would have just sat there and let me wait without doing anything if I had not asked.

Staff are super friendly, professional and polite. Mehul and Jennifer are amazing workers and treat customers very well. The food here is amazing – it’s never wrong and the ingredients taste fresh. One of the best firehouse subs out there!

Am very excited to see that firehouse is collaborating with Hot Ones to make a delicious sandwich. Firehouse has never been afraid to bring the heat with there sandwiches. As a heat seeker, i have been very very excited to try this sandwich. I went to this location with hopes that they could give me a great review of the sandwich. The girl that took my order was very helpful and recommended the reaper sandwich. The crew they had last night was very friendly and helpful.
The manager was there and was super friendly. He seemed excited that i choose this location over there other local locations. You don’t see that much anymore nor do you see a manager actually be nice to the employees anymore either.
Flavor wise of the sandwich was very tasty. In my mind, i thought the sandwich was gonna be much hotter than what it actually was. But the acidity of the pickle helped kick it up just a notch. Maybe, my heat sensitive is just more than others.
This heat seeker will definitely be back for more.
PS- please add a #10 heat level to the hot sauce bar!
