The food is good, and the service is quick, I just wish I would get what I ordered. I’ve ordered the pretzel crust pizza three times already, the first time it was amazing, but the last two times I’ve ordered it, it’s just been regular crust. Atleast the second time they actually put the salt on the crust, this time they didn’t. Please just give me my pretzel crust

Continued attempts to order from them and they always get the order wrong. Last time we ordered pepperoni pizza and we got a burnt cheese pizza. We tried again today to order a pepperoni pizza and they sent us another cheese pizza completely burnt cheese again and the crust wasn’t even fully cooked. Something has to change. I will not order a third time.

Dayne and Louis rock! They had my specific custom order ready for me in a flash. No hot and ready for my order but they had it hot and ready before I got to the store. When placing my order with Dayne, his charisma and personality made me forget that I was ordering a pizza and made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. Great staff! Great pizza! Great price! The service at this pizzeria was absolutely terrible. I went to pick up my order yesterday, which I had placed through the app, and the restaurant was completely closed—even though the system showed they were open. They charged my card for an order I never received.
When I tried to speak with the manager, he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. He didn’t help me, didn’t offer any solution, and kept telling me to “call back tomorrow.” I felt disrespected and discriminated against. I simply needed my money refunded, and instead of helping, he acted as if he didn’t care at all.
No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment. If you’re planning to order from this place, do NOT trust the online system. Call first to make sure they’re actually open, because they will gladly take your money even if the store is closed—and then refuse to refund you.
I do not recommend this place at all.

I am starting to think Little Caesars trains their employees to ignore the customers in the store. They will turn, look at the group of people with for help/service and then then around and walk away. A simple order took twice as long as the online estimate and then half of it was still pulled out of the box, not even made fresh.

Lets start off with its dirty. They need to take time to sweep and mop. Three grown men in the building and it was dead when i came in. Took about 3 min to get assistance. I ordered a stuffed crazy crust sausage, two crazy combos and a classic cheese. While taking my order the cashier is having a full on convo with another man that came to the front to text someone. I asked because he didnt repeat my order if he got crazy crust and he replies that he did. So i came back for my order and they did not do crazy crust after paying for it. I came back in and mentioned that he forgot and he went back to fix it. I got back a salty greasy mess. Attached is a photo. Everything else was fine but for 32 dollars i expected some more care towards my order since i was nice and polite the whole time. I also, noticed the guy making pizzas texting on his phone. The cashier fixed my pizza after handling money as well which to me is gross. They need to take into consideration the health and safety of food they serve. Any place that serves food should.

Went there tonight and picked up a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and crazy bread with sauce. Ate a couple slices of pizza, then opened my crazy bread. When I opened the sauce, it was moldy. I immediately stopped eating, and threw out the rest of my food. It was disgusting. Probably will never go back..
