I ordered a pizza that was noticeably undercooked, the dough was raw in the center and the cheese hadn’t fully melted. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I expected it to be replaced or at least reheated properly.
However, the manager on duty refused to address the issue or offer any solution. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the situation even more frustrating. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and address both the food quality issue and the lack of proper customer care.

I recently ordered a pizza, but upon opening it, I discovered that the dough at the bottom was uncooked , causing the pizza to fall apart due to inadequate preparation. I contacted the establishment and explained the issue to the lady who answered the phone, who identified herself as the manager. Unfortunately, her response was unprofessional and dismissive, implying that I was being dishonest. She insisted that their pizza-making process was correct and that there was no alternative method, as it would result in a burnt crust. I did not request a refund or a complimentary pizza; I simply asked if they could put it in the oven for more time. Due to her unprofessional behavior over the phone, I was reluctant to interact with her in person and instead i cooked the pizza in the oven myself. It is essential to select management personnel who can effectively handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Oh and she’s the lady that only “speaks Spanish”.

The quality has gone down at this location. I looked forward to my crazy bread combo because I love the sauce. Yet, the sauce was completely flavorless, a bit watered down from the regular thick consistency it usually has. Not sure if I got a spoiled sauce or the last bit of the ones they had. I had to stop eating it. I threw it away when I got home. Extremely disappointed in the breadsticks as well. Very tough, not correctly cut thoroughly, and overdosed in some garlic butter sauce. Not sure if they changed the formula or if I got an old batch done by a new employee who overdosed those breadsticks too much in garlic sauce. Haven’t had Little Caesars for a while now. The pizza was super flat from the normal thickness. I got the original pepperoni pizza. There wasn’t the usual amount of sauce and cheese they put on these pizzas. The pizza wasn’t terrible just super underwhelming.

It’s sad to see this decent little Ceasar’s i grew up going to go to crap. Never a responsible manager. Doors are always locked during operating hours . Rude workers and managers. Ordering speaker NEVER works. Phones are never answered and pizzas are always cold or cold and burnt . Hard breadsticks and pizza doesn’t taste like the other locations . It’s sad to say but this location i just ghetto and trash sadly for being in a great city and great location. You come here to this location just waste your money cause you never get the same service or food twice here. If i were you, id rather just go to Donna or all the way north on 10-15 if you want a hot and ready because here its cold and waiting.

Those 2-topping pizzas where you have to wait 15min for them to make are getting thin and floppy lol they sag to where I have to eat at an angle or hold up the pizza with my other hand. they’re making you buy the breadsticks now with all that dough reallocated to the crust. Prices keep going up while the wings get smaller I’ve gotten what tasted like day-old-reheated hard pizza a couple times, gross. The kind that jabs your gums. I personally wouldn’t recommend going for Hot and Ready’s as soon as they open.

Dulce Team Lead and Jenica Manager need to go back to training. Never received my order however they first said they didn’t know what happen to my pizza then they said pizza was thrown to trash because door dash did not pick up in time and they were not going to refund because that was door dash issue.

First of all I went and asked for a extra most bestest and the girl handed me a hot and ready and I told her. I ordered a extra most bestest and she said it was just a different box. Then i ask about my sauce and she said I didn’t charge you one and then she charges me and hands me the sauce. Well I get home and open the sauce and it’s spoiled. I keep calling and no answer. This place needs new employees and a new manager. That’ll have them answer the phone. Not giving the my business any longer
