Horrible pizza. Raw under cooked pizza. Breadsticks was sitting in the warmer for the longest time and they were gross not the same as they used to be. Charged us for 2 extra most pizzas and this is not an extra most!!! Top it off the pizza was gross!!

Went in today around 2:20 to Little Caesar’s in Mercedes. Wanted a three meat treat. This lady manager couldn’t substitute meat that I wanted instead of the one the pizza came with and said she couldn’t do that because she was going to customize it and it would cost more to do so. I didn’t want to do that I just wanted to substitute one of the meats it would still have been three meat. I declined and got what it’s supposed to come with. On top of that, they hardly put any bacon . Just more sausage and pepperoni than anything. When I’m paying $11 for three meats and it mainly had two meats on it.

Been trying to reach them for three days to refund my money back on a online order that was ordered at the wrong location. Never picked up the pizza and still they charged me. Have been calling non stop for three days and each time they hang up. Very, very fustrating to say the least. Now I am going to have to drive to 30 minutes to the store.

We were only in town to catch a movie at the drive-in, but the grandkids wanted pizza. We walked in and were treated with so much respect and all the workers seemed happy to be working there and together. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the staff didn’t ger frazzled at all as the lobby filled with customers. They handled us all with the same joy and care. I think we will now always pick up a pizza before we catch a movie!

I would give a zero!! So I went in at 1:26 on 4/6/25 and was waiting there along with two other people until I went to check the back and both boys (workers) were on their cellphone. I interrupted them and they came over just for me to find out they had no pizzas and no bread and I would have to wait 10 minutes due to their procrastination. This pizza place has always been one of my favorites and now these two ruined everything Manager please check up on these two. I didn’t get their names, but one of them was short and dark completed with I think braces and the other one tall skinny fair complected.

Be careful when scanning your card the first screen tells you if you want to leave a tip and if you scan your card it will get the nearest tip that the card touched the screen
