Bryan Chavez at Little Caesars was really helpful when I ordered my pizza. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure everything in my order was right before I left. The service was quick and he had a good attitude the whole time, which made the experience better.

Employees were horsing around and joking at the counter. Extremely unprofessional. I understand little cesears is not a place to expect much but this behavior was not acceptable for any establishment. I hope management does something about the presentation and behavior of their employees because it seems like they don’t care enough. Also none of them spoke English. To top it off they had no pizzas ready to go, which is there core business. I guess they have very low standards. Won’t be returning.

Bad service in the drive thru. 6:30 I pull up to order and she rudely asks how can I help you. It’s common courtesy to greet customers and the person working sounded rude. I pull up to the window and they are goofing around and I’m waiting to be greeted at least. When she handed the piazzas I asked for plates and since she was distracted I had to repeat self 3 times and she just said no rudely. Could’ve been worded differently. I ended up asking for napkins and she just got them ready for me she never looked my way she was talking to her coworkers. As she handed me the chilli packets she dropped two and she was laughing with the other person and idk what the other person said but she just told them “I’m not new I know what I have to do”

Ordered pizza at 6:42. They said it’s a 15 minute wait. Show up to the store at 7:05. Waited 10 minutes at the front counter without anyone attending the front. Finally guy comes up, charges me at 7:15. Then says it’s gonna be another 6 minutes. The people that work here seem like they hate their lives or something.

Worst Customer Service Ever! They got my order wrong to begin with i ordered 1 Pepperoni and 1 Sausage and they gave me two pepperoni so my Father goes back with one pepperoni and Mr Bryan Chaves gets into with him saying he didnt have proof that they provided both pepperoni so myself had to go back with both pizzas and we didn’t do it the first time because we had already started eating so i take half eaten pizza and the full one, Now take in consideration my family was already eating so i had to stop them from eating and take the both pizzas! i get to the store and i ask for Bryan Chavez! He receives me and i let him know that what was the whole reason he said to bring back both pizzas his response was because we couldve eaten the sausage and just wanted another free pizza which i laughed at because thats not who we are now being a fast food restaurant i get it but his attitude was very wrong! And so i asked do you judge everyone on that scenario and he said yes i do! He told me he was running a business and didnt want to waste product so i asked are you gunna give me the sausage pizza and he said yes so do i return the wrong pepperoni and he said you can keep it ima throw it away so i said so what was the point of making us come back if he could of just thrown it away from the very begging and provided the right one if he was so worried we wanted a free pizza! I asked for the corporate number he said look it up in google and i told him you are the manager and i want you to provide it for me he said no you can provide it yourself! Worst experience ever!!!

Stopped by to try the Surfing Crab. We had the Trio Special. It comes with headless shrimp, crab legs, sausage, corn, potatoes, and boiled eggs. It comes all mixed together. It was good eating. This 0latter will feed 4 to 5 people.easy.
They also serve burgers, hot wings, and chicken strips for people in your family that don’t like seafood. The service was great too. Come try it ou!

I ordered online on the app, said it would be ready by 3:55p. Kept checking the app to see if it was ready. At 4:10p I walked inside, checked the pizza portal, stood there for 10 minutes. The employees saw me, even the girl taking drive thru orders but they all totally ignored me. Went back in my car, waited 10 more minutes & went back inside. Again was ignored. I finally waved a few times til I got someone’s attention. My order had been ready for a while but it wasn’t in the pizza portal & wasn’t updated on the app. I usually leave a cash tip but I didn’t this time. When I asked the girl why my order wasn’t in the pizza portal, she said, oh we forgot. I always go to the location on Alton Gloor & they have excellent customer service & they always get good tips from me. I will never go back to this location. Someone needs to train these employees on proper customer service.

Very disappointed. I asked for black olives, mushroom, pepperoni and extra cheese. And they made me wait 30 minutes with cold pizza, no sauce, no black olives and no extra cheese. I called the manager to let him know, he said I had to take a pictures to make sure we were not lying. Not coming back.
