So coming from a ex gm from Annabelle. This pizza was horrible. Unfortunately my kids were hungry and didn’t know the precise reason why the dough was extremely fat and sauce and cheese were pretty burnt. The dough apparently had been sitting out for way too long or left over pre-made pizzas from the evening before ( which should’ve been discarded at the end of the night, not reused). I hope the GM OF THIS LOCATION sees this review. Our pizzas were fat and cheese and sauce were burnt. Which is why I don’t like to come to this location. If I were any other customer I would head to the GM training store down the street to the other Saratoga. Let’s bring back the whole moral of little Caesar’s. Quality before quantity. This store was very slow at the time I ordered so there was no reason.

My family and I come to this restaurant often. We’ve had a few visits that have not always been 100% amazing, however, this experience tops them all. I go through the drive-through and order the five dollar boxes. I ordered two and one order of Italian cheese bread. I paid at the window and the worker told me it would be 10 minutes. I pulled to the front and I then wait over 35 minutes for my food. I have my toddler in the car so it makes it difficult for me to leave the vehicle to check on my order. Another worker brings out my food And does not even know my order. I checked the food before I leave because I just have a weird feeling, sure enough the food is burnt. I simply left because I did not want to wait any longer than I already had. Because that would put me at waiting over an hour for freaking pizza. Safe to say, I will not be returning to this location

Ordered 2 specialty pizzas online, show up and are told there’s still a 13 minute wait to park in front. Long story short 40 minutes later everyone is getting their food but us! I go inside and I’m told they had lots of online orders and one of my pizzas was still in the in oven!! I was livid the male employee was rude and so was I, manager comes and points out my pizzas just sitting there boxed ready to go! She hands them

I ordered a regular Detroit deep dish pizza online for pickup. My husband picked it up, got home and realized we got a slices and sticks instead. When he went back to get the correct item, the worker wanted him to GIVE THE WRONG ONE BACK. That just makes me think they were going to resell it, which is disgusting.

Pizza trays on the floor and tossed more while i was there. No hairnets and no gloves being used. Also wrist watches on when cooking. You take tests to get your food handlers and you need to follow these rules. Always was ignored for 10mins waiting and thats when i saw all this happening

Every time I order a pizza here my pizza has no sauce on it. Even when I order EXTRA sauce. I’ve made complaints before, but clearly there hasn’t been any changes. I love little ceasers pizza, but this specific location is putting a bad rep to the name. JUST ADD SAUCE TO THE PIZZA.

every time i come here it ends up being a really great experience. the food never misses, the workers are friendly and personable, and the parkinglot/dt is easy to navigate. sometimes they can get really busy, like today, but the kindness shown by employees like Miss Journey make it enjoyable. even if i can tell they aren’t staffed as well as they should be, their hard work truly does show and they should be proud. thanks for the crazy combo

I never review anything because I understand things happen sometimes. But when I spend my last bit of money to get food for my kids and it comes paper thin and they say daddy the pizza is raw that’s where I draw the line. Please talk to whoever was rolling and tell them to slow down. (Photos are after putting it in the oven too)
