Terrible……..food was soggy, not even fully cooked. The staff didn’t give a flying flip about anyone in the drive-thru or the store waiting to order.
PICK A DIFFERENT LOCATION IF YOU MUST HAVE PIZZA. THIS PLACE ISNT WORTH THE TRIP.
They also never answer the phone here, for a hot and ready it’s it’s 30 to 45 minute wait during lunch hour. The lady up front hangs up on you if you call in to order a pizza. She was arguing with a customer that she was the only one up front, well isn’t that your job then ??? TO ANSWER THE PHONE UPFRONT LAZY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH.
They need new staff here TODAY!!!!

The food is great hot and cooked right
The young lady in charge is right on point you can tell she is on a day off because the whole atmosphere of the place is like they could care less about how the product comes out and if you say anything your trusted like your the problem. But if you have an issue and talk with the dark haired lady who is always smiling she will make it right. I did notice last night that one of them that had the attitude was no longer there. Kudos to her for the pride she has in her job and for the quality of service and food she tried so hard to maintain.

Food from here is always good. BUT while waiting I was sitting down and had a view towards the kitchen where I saw what I thought was an off clock employee due to his poor dress code no uniform, no gloves nor a hair/beard net which was clearly needed. The man began to scratch and rub his beard while being on the phone then proceeded to begin COOKING. Thats disgusting even for a little ceasers have SOME respect. Other employees had uniform. He did not and a hair and beard net was NEEDED. Disgusting. Other than that the food is always good I love little ceasers but that’s just awful.

Waited more than 30 minutes for my pizza , finally went in and they didn’t even have it made so had to wait longer to even get food. Absolutely ridiculous, won’t be coming to this store front again. Ended up having to wait an hour in total because they wouldn’t refund us so we had to wait for the food.

This is absolutely the worst Little Caesar’s in San Antonio. Ordered a hot and ready cheese and hot and ready extra most best, waited 10ish minutes and the pizza is cut all wacky, it wasn’t hot, wasn’t ready, didn’t get a receipt, I think there may have been one person working and he was hot and disgruntled. I don’t mind waiting if the food is hot.

My son picked up some hot n readies last night and he came in all hot and bothered at the less than friendly window girl. Thought she was rude. I’ve been picking up decent cheaper pizza here for 2 years, but I’m done. I went back tonight, and the girl tending the mike was indeed very rude. So much so that I drove off. I couldn’t find another little caesars and it was too far to Marco’s pizza. So, i went back, went inside. Ordered 2 hot n readies and a crazy bites cinnamon bites. Watched as 4 people came in, ordered, got their order, and left. For the 2nd night in a row, The Pizza wasn’t SLICED thoroughly. Both nights, I had to get a knife and slice and the pizza. Which brings me to this, If you can’t SLICE a blasted pizza, should you be running a pizza restaurant. At this particular store, it’s like you’ve got to meet certain levels of stupidity just to get hired.
