I come to this place often usually in a hurry or on lunch. The manager is cooking right now with no gloves on. She helped a person at the front counter then went straight back to cook. I didn’t see her wash her hands or even wear gloves while preparing the food. She came to the counter twice. That’s unsanitary. She was also rude to the cashier Sara for making a mistake. We all make mistakes Lady just like your mistake not wearing gloves or not washing your hands. Use to come here in the past more than I do now, within the last year I’ve placed orders by phone in advance and when I get there I end up waiting an additional 30 minutes to an hour. This has happened a couple of times. Today I called in the order like usual and when I get there the kid at counter said the order is there but never pushed the button so the order was never made??????????Not waiting again. Done now taken my $$ and business down the street to cibolo. Tried to give them every to redeem themselves.

Gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered a thin crust supreme. Got a regular crust pepperoni. Had to drive back to the store, met the guy who ordered the pepperoni told him the issue. Please tell me you remade his pizza.

Pizza was fresh and tasty. Crust was nice and crunchy like we like it. The only complaint is that the kiosk did not recognize the code I was given. I had to wait in line to get my pizza. This was frustrating because it was packed and took away the advantage of not having to wait in line.

Worst serice I have had at any LC. Ordered at the counter and the cashier said it would be about 7 minutes. 35 minutes pass and our pizza was still not made. Waited inside and they said they couldn’t find the order even after giving them the receipt I had showing in ordered it IN STORE 30 minutes prior. Never ever have I had such horrible service anywhere.
