Smh while I don’t want to place the blame solely on Little Caesar because DoorDash is part to blame too, but Little Caesars hasn’t did anything to fix the problem. I placed an order using the Little Caesars mobile app for delivery from 12320 Highway 6, Fresno Texas 77545, and received the wrong order. My name is Michael E and the order was for a Michelle V…. Honest mistake, cool but then when I go to flag down the driver (Styjah), she drives off. I immediately called their phone number, thinking she might’ve not seen me and she hangs up on. Send 3 text messages and called back more times to no answer…. I call the help number which connected me to DoorDash. The guy Mark was friendly and understanding and said I should receive a refund within 24hrs…. I explained to him, that wouldn’t fix my problem NOW though. He explained that there was nothing he could do and it was on the restaurant to deliver the correct pizza. So I call the store phone and got hung up on again….. Currently the phone is now going directly to voicemail so I’m on my up there now. Crazy work smh

This location really has to be one of the worst! Ordered 2 cheese pizzas and 2 pepperoni and they give me ALL CHEESE!! So frustrating! Then when I tried calling they don’t answer their phones! 2 separate calls over 30 minutes both times! Just unacceptable and ridiculous!

Their pretzel crust pizza is nothing like what’s advertised online or what we’ve gotten at other locations. They just put salt on a regular crust pizza, and didn’t even cut it.
Also, the employees have a constant attitude and it’s super dirty inside.

If you called to place an order, they don’t bother answering did you show up and try to walk in and they have the lobby closed even though they are open. Then you pull up to the drive-through is there two or three cars in front of you so you have to wait a while before you get to order. Once you do, tell you to leave and come back in 10 minutes to pick up your food through the drive. I’ve never seen a restaurant like this and still stay open. It’s kind of amazing.

Affordable, Friendly and Clean.
All of my family members have been greeted with such family friendly staffed who are always polite.
It is so remarkable how mature all of the young staff is and how kid friendly each of their interactions is with our family.
All 3 teenage boys and 1 teenage girl are always so respectful and kind
Even at rush hours times, they are so kind and organized. We love this location.
The staff is also bilingual making it easy for all of family members capable of making an order.

I put in an order for pickup arrived at the location pulled up to the drive thru and sat for minutes even blew but nobody assisted us so I went ahead and parked and went inside only to find 3-4 employees there. I asked if anybody was working the drive thru and barely got an answer while he’d sucked on chicken bones with his knees propped up in a chair. The guy licked his fingers grabbed his drink and asked what’s the name? I asked home if he could wash his hands he had chicken in his nails and he looked down at them and went to the sink. He picked up some random bread sticks and said the order wasn’t ready and that it would be 10-15 more minutes I just so happen to look in the warmer and said that’s my order right there. Upon examining my food pizza wasn’t cut and the wings was a bit charred.This location needs new management and proper food handling techniques. The kids working there will run this business in the ground for sure I see why the ratings are so low.

Ordered a Detroit style three meat pizza and when I opened the box the pizza was a mess. How is it a whole side piece of the crust just thrown into the box like that? The overall pizza seemed undercooked. Not to mentioned they didn’t even cut the pizza. Granted it was super busy but gawly. This is unacceptable regardless if busy or not.

Did the drive-thru worker fall asleep? I’ve been in line for 25 minutes and the same car has been at the window the entire time. If it’s taking that long, they should have them circle around so others can get the food they ordered. Unbelievable!

DANGEROUS and UNTRAINED STAFF
I will not be going back to this location.
On Friday, December 12th, I placed an order via the app and sent my 22 y.o. daughter to pick up the order. Upon arrival she was told that someone had already picked up the order. This was not true because no one had gone up there from my household.
While I was on the phone with her and in the process of sending her order information and details to show the cashier, the staff behind the counter started arguing with another customer for messing up their order as well. They started yelling at each other and the customer asking what time the employee got off work because he was going to come back with his homeboys and fight the employee. Instead of diffusing the situation in front of other customers, the employee started telling the customer that he didn’t have to wait until he got off work, that they could go outside and fight right there and then… Then several men got off a truck and started running around the store to the back of the establishment.
I told my daughter to get out of there immediately!
On Monday, December 22nd I called corporate to ask for a refund and report the incident. I was told I would get a refund and that they apologized for the incident.
Here I am on Friday, December 19th calling corporate to check the status of my refund but no one ever answering and being on the phone for over 40 minutes…
I decided to call my bank and file a dispute instead.
It is terrible that this establishment has gone from bad to worst and bringing a bad reputation to our community. It may be time for Little Ceasars to leave this community if they are going to keep hiring people that don’t give a damn and bring the value of our community down!
